The HBP1100 - HBP1500 / HBP1100A - HBP1500A are series of semi-automatic and automatic large bandsaws manufactured by Behringer. The large-scale universal machines from BEHRINGER can handle any job that is needed. Their expertise: Handling heavy-duty workpieces with ease and slicing through the material with extreme cutting performance. When processing long solid workpieces – rolled or rough turned – or processing large pipes, these benefits make for dramatic improvements in productivity. Round or rectangular – the results are equally impressive. In the BEHRINGER semi-automatic models, the material is positioned by eye, for instance with the aid of a line laser. For longer cut piece lengths, we recommend using a measuring device for precise positioning. The use of a feed gripper allows automatic sawing of solid material or pipes.

With its robust but lightweight steel frame, the e-deck can be used anywhere a crane cannot reach. All of our e-deck formwork is compatible with our Modular universal formwork. That means that connections and transitions between wall and slab or beams can be created without difficulty.

The flexible slab formwork is ideally suited for ceilings in residential and industrial construction due to the optimal adaptation to any floor plan, the possibility of using any slab thicknesses and the lightweight individual parts. With only three main components, the formwork system also impresses with optimised material deployment.

Our slab edge formwork is made up of three components: bracket, hook headed bolt connection and stop. In addition to slab edges, with and without overhangs, the slab edge formwork (bracket) can also be used for forming floor slabs.

The TT Pro slab shuttering system from RATEC makes shuttering and demoulding of TT ceiling elements as easy as it gets. The system reduces the setup and retooling time by more than 5%. No crane is needed. When combined with the SPB 900 and the clamping adapter for the top header as well as the EURO RTM 900 for side shuttering, no welding is necessary, which reduces the setup time even further. The economy of scale is unbeatable.

The RT U60 Pro shuttering system for the production of girder slabs and double walls is tailor-made pursuant to all customer requirements, such as robot handling, chamfering options, bearing fixtures and much more. With built-in magnetic automatic components based on our "Made in Germany” Pro Magnet series, the RT U60 Pro is extremely reliable and durable.
