Silica Gel is a granular, transparent and permeable silicon oxide, synthetically produced from sodium silicate. The material structure and chemical composition result in many positive properties that would not be possible with other materials. Due to its large inner surface, silica gel is suitable for absorbing large amounts of moisture. Silica Gel is ideally suited to protect sensitive goods or other sensitive goods from moisture damage. Our silica gel bags are suitable for electrical appliances, textiles and even food. The bags absorb the air inside the bag when used correctly, no condensation is formed and the product is protected from moisture damage.

When containers are shipped and stored, they are often exposed to extreme climatic conditions. Especially on the high seas, there are very strong temperature fluctuations. This causes condensation ("container rain") to form inside the container, which can damage your goods. To prevent this, we use special desiccant chains that reduce the humidity in the container and thus protect the goods from damage, mold and corrosion. When water is absorbed, the powdery starting material turns into a gel. The special outer packaging made of nonwoven fabric prevents leakage.

As a standard, silicone hoses are made with polyester fabric. Reinforced fabrics such as aramid (NOMEX), Kevlar or fiberglass are also available as options. There are special Viton inserts for petrol and oil. All hoses are available by the meter, elbows and reducers. Custommade molded hoses can also be produced according to customer requirements.

SiBrickScan (SBS) is a dedicated at-line system for the FTIR quantification of interstitial Oxygen in complete Silicon ingots, resulting in a concentration profile along the longitudinal axis. Accessing this information without sawing wafers or test samples is a major and cost saving advantage. Get Valuable Information to Check and Optimize Product Quality Knowing the Oxygen gradient of Si ingots enables important conclusions helping e.g. to control and optimize the Silicon crystallization process or to identify batches of bad raw material. Therefore SBS will help to save costs by optimizing product quality and reducing the amount of defective wafers. The random sampling of individual ingots does strongly reduce sample preparation efforts and provides relevant information much earlier.

The Bruker Optics` Cryogenic Silicon Analysis System (CryoSAS) is a dedicated all-in-one system for the low temperature (<15K) impurity analysis of Silicon. CryoSAS is optimized for operation in the industrial environment. CryoSAS combines Bruker's high performance FTIR spectrometers with built-in, closed-cycle cryo-cooling technique that does not require any liquid Helium. All CryoSAS components are state-of-the-art, yet utilize proven technologies to accomplish a difficult analysis in the demanding silicon production environment. CryoSAS can be operated at a high level of automation including accurate reporting of the analysis results.

FT- 300 is a silicone-free dry release agent based on PTFE. It can be used for all types of plastics an all kinds of processing (even sintering). The maximum operating temperature of FT- 300 is 230°C.

PC Extra is a silicone-free dry release agent. It can be used for all types of thermoplastic, but especially for PC and other plastics which are sensitive to tension cracks. A post treatment of moulded parts with fluid 020 is possible. It prevents adhesive bonding between parts made of polyamide. The maximum operating temperature of PC Extra is 250°C.

An insulative fibreglass sleeving with a silicone coating designed to protect components in high temperature areas where the heavier fireproof sleeving is not required. It provides superior insulation to components that must maintain stable temperatures to assure performance efficiency. The braided construction allows good flexibility in temperatures as low as -40ºc.

Goodridge braided fire sleeve is engineered for exposure to varying degrees of heat. The thick layer of self-extinguishing silicone polymer shields direct flame exposure, shedding molten metal and glass, whereas the texturized braided fibreglass insulating inner core maintains and stabilises internal temperature whilst minimising surface temperature. Resistant to lubricating oils, fuels, hydraulic fluid, acids, bases and solvents.

The high flexibility of msquare's silicone heating blankets is unique on the market. They fit perfectly into the component surface and due to the close contact, the blankets enable an excellent, very homogeneous heat transfer into the material. Whether using resistance or induction technology, the temperature distribution over the heating blanket surface has proven to be more homogeneous than with conventional heating elements. A special highlight of the msquare heating blanket is the integrated vacuum channel. It creates a perfect seal of the heating blanket to the outside. Air can be extracted through the channels and vacuum can be generated. A separate vacuum device is no longer required. This saves time and consumables. And yet the heating process takes place under vacuum conditions. High repair quality is guaranteed.
