Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Note that depending on the application a safety factor of 2 or 3 has to be included.

Laser cutting or laser fine cutting of metal, we can precisely process all metallic, non-toxic materials in material thicknesses from 0.2 to 2.0 mm. With our high-precision 1kW fiber laser (Nd: YAG with a wavelength of 1064nm) in combination with highly dynamic linear drives, we can produce your laser cuts in copper and brass. Due to our extremely small focus of 0.05mm, we usually create a cutting cag/ clearance of 0.07mm, so that the most delicate contours (especially inner contours) can be realized without mechanical stress, as the processing takes place without contact. This enables high-quality and precise prototypes and small series in contract manufacturing using cutting lasers. Accuracies of +/- 0.01mm, which are required in the sealing area for plastic overmolding for complete plugs or housings. Dimensions: sheet thicknesses from 0.2 to 2.0mm, max. sheet metal of max. 1,250mm x 1,250mm.

Our deburring and edge rounding machines type TF enable an optimal Surface Processing up to the perfect surface finish in the dry grinding process. The Deburring & Edge Rounding Machines are available with 3 different passage widths. They have various performance spectrums, which are individually adapted to the modular principle customizable and configurable to customer requirements. Both small and large-area sheet metal parts or workpieces can be processed, regardless of the material. These conveyer machines thus show the best possible flexibility in sheet metal processing.

BKE 550 is a table or permanent device for extremely fast, double-sided deburring of sheet parts from all metals (including stainless steel), up to approx. 5 mm sheet-metal thickness, in a single step. The BKE 550 sheet deburring machine is for the highest demands in effective, fast and safe deburring. The double-sided deburring of sheets is guaranteed through the machine construction with two finned grounding wheels, which are installed directly on motor shafts that run opposite. Smaller and handy workpieces can be placed and processed with a horizontal table. Large metal sheets and strips can also be deburred with a vertical table.
