Our rubber caps are used as scratch protection especially on delicate surfaces. They can be used with our flat pot and decoration magnets in order to protect the surface. Moreover it lowers the noise when putting on the magnet.

Magnetic system with stainless steel body and strong neodymium magnet core. This series have a deeper magnetic force than the classic flat pot systems. Two milled surfaces on the perimeter allow to fix the system with a tool. The holding surface is over molded with a hard type of rubber (TPE) and protects the magnet from strikes. At the same time the rubber effects a noise absorption.

The magnet assembly can be clipped into the groove. It is freely movable or can be fixed by a threaded pin. The magnetic core is protected by a plastic cover and has a large magnet area in the groove. The magnetic system is lying nearly plan and has a closed, smooth adhesive surface which avoids scratches on the surface and the concentration of metal shavings. FX-R is the series for round material handling. The deep shallow-angled prism ensures safe positioning on the load and guides the magnetic field deep into the material. The magnet system can be switched well in the entire diameter bandwidth and does not recoil, shearing of the load due to twisting is prevented by the overlapping prism.
