Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords or aramid cords and produced in open lengths. The V-guide is either integrated in the timing belt during production or welded into the belt later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. In addition, axial movements are prevented. Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are available as endlessly welded belts and cut goods, in almost any length and width. Properties and special features: Prevent axial movements V-profile guides can be combined with any tooth profile in all sizes Flanges are no longer required, the notched design of the V-profile guide gives rise to high flexibility Applications: Conveying and positioning applications with large center distances Applications, in which axial movement is a problem and flanges cannot be used.

The profiled guide slide PFS is available in 5 series with sizes from 100 mm up to 425 mm width and strokes up to 2000 mm. To protect them against dirt accumulations, the slides are covered with bellow covers. Other covers on request. The slides are available in aluminium (nature anodized), or casted iron GGK-25. Optional steel C-45. The ball thread spindle drives are available in the qualities T5 and T7 with spindle pitches from 5 to 50 mm. PFS (basic equipment) ball screw spindle acc. to standard type allocation screwed up bellows cover coated on both sides integrated inductive limit switches (PNP break contact) incl. plug-connector in the endplate

The highest accuracy class “Ultra-Precision plus” impresses with an accuracy of 0.0005 mm, thus 0.5 µm. Due to the fact that the control unit of the Föhrenbach slides is compatible with the interfaces of almost all measuring systems, this extraordinary repeatability does not depend on a particular system or a specific provider. Föhrenbach profiled guide slides with integrated linear motor are available in the series PFL (with bellows covers) and PCL (with sheet metal covers). For both series three sizes are available. We developed three resp. two linear motors of different force.

Robust and accurate guiding clamps for different belt profiles and belt strips. The guide clamps are needed to fix the profiles or flat strips in exact alignment before the welding process.
