Z+F has been offering loose ferrules for multi standard conductors for some time. The ferrules come with an extended plastic collar and allow flexible processing of various conductors. From now on, as a world‘s first, ferrules on reel will also be available for processing multi standard conductors. The details are as follows: Cross sections and colors The ferrules on reel will be available with cross sections from 0.5 - 2.5 mm² (AWG 20-14), crimping lengths from 8 - 10 mm and in the established colors. Technical information The SC 05 universal is an electropneumatic benchtop crimper, equipped with a very efficient electropneumatic drive. The machine is operated by a foot-switch. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

Robust and accurate guiding clamps for different belt profiles and belt strips. The guide clamps are needed to fix the profiles or flat strips in exact alignment before the welding process.
