Tantalum is a shiny grey, very hard and yet ductile heavy metal from the vanadium group, it is easy to form and weld. Titanium is a silvery-white light metal that is often found, but is difficult to extract. In its pure form titanium is easy to form, malleable, thermally relatively stable and very good electrical conductor. Important characteristics are its mechanical strength and low thermal expansion. High-purity titanium is used as a getter metal to remove the last gas residues in vacuum technology, as it reacts with small amounts of oxygen. Construction of customized pilot plants Osmo Membrane Systems GmbH is very experienced in layout, manufacturing and start-up of pilot plants. From a container-installed plant which can be designed frost-proof, up to commercial Pilot plants with remote control and online integration, our product range covers a multitude of applications. Depending on the task, we rent an existing pilot plants or we design a new one. Our product range covers laboratory plants like our plant “MemCell” up to large scale plants. The plants can be delivered with an individual visualization. So, this includes data logging and remote control. By request, the plants may be delivered with a customized visualisation system. You are able with the process control system (PCS) to control the plant and a measurement data logging / interpretation system is implemented too. On customers request a secured remote maintenance and remote control will be also installed.

As well as measuring the differential pressure, the instrument also records positive and negative overpressures as well as flow rates or volumetric flows. The measuring range is scalable in the range from 10 .. 100 %. Two optional contact points allow the user to connect visual or audible alarms that are triggered any time values rise above or fall below specified limits. The transmitter can be configured easily via an USB interface (optional) with software. This can also be performed using a keyboard and display (optional). The measured values can be displayed in all standard units. A selectable time constant allows the transmitter to be adjusted perfectly to the pressure conditions and thus ensures a stable output signal.
