The GEMÜ SUMONDO® single-use diaphragm valve consists of a diaphragm valve body and a manual or pneumatic operator. The single-use diaphragm valve body has an internally welded diaphragm. The single-use diaphragm valve body is fastened to the operator using a clamp. The valve body and the operator are locked using a defined closing and opening procedure. After use, the single-use diaphragm valve body and its diaphragm can be removed from the operator and disposed of. With Novartos Multi triple sampling, a triple multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the length, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with three sample inserts fot the triple sampling.

With Novartos Multi double sampling, a double multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the lenght, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with two sample inserts for the double sampling.

Thanks to an alphanumeric keyboard data can be effectively entered or deleted. Large keys with mechanical pressure point allow operation with gloves. An acoustic signal confirms an input.

A fully automated solution cannot manage without reliable automatic feeding and sorting equipment. In this area we cooperate with well-known manufacturers of vibration and handling elements. The automatic and semi-automatic solutions can also include camera sensors or smart cameras.

The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

These can be designed for a wide variety of objects and applications for manual operation or as fully automated systems. In certain applications the combination of both types of solutions is also possible. Another possibility is a modular approach, which allows the customer to expand the capacities and the technical level later on according to his current needs. Individual stations can be connected by a conveyor belt system, or the parts can be transferred manually.

With the thread adapter made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (304) a pump, a drain cock or any other connection with thread G 2" (Whitworth pipe thread) can be screwed onto a container with G 1 1/2" thread. The thread adapter adapts and thus compensates for different thread shapes. The drum adapter ensures that decanting is liquid-tight; a seal made of ePTFE reliably seals the connection. The thread adapter made of stainless steel is electrically conductive and highly chemically resistant. It can therefore be used for filling solvents and other flammable liquids (e.g. alcohols, petrol, diesel etc.) as well as for weak alkalis and acids.

The Novartos Multi has 14 sample chambers for up to seven sample zones for an all-layer sample. Novartos the Pharma zone sampler for sampling according to FDA guidelines for Unit-Dose-Sampling. It is now possible to withdraw a double-sample without inserting the lance repeatedly into the bulk material. Mixing is mainly prevented in this way. One significant advantage of Novartos is the easy cleaning. Complete filling and emptying of sample chambers has been improved substantially using computer-optimised geometry. The GEMÜ PFA tubing range comprises tubing spools and straight tube pieces. These can be supplied either in a high-purity version with Teflon® PFA 450 HP (DuPont) or in the standard version. Depending on availability, the latter uses PFA M620, Dyneon 6502T or Daikin MP-230. The tubes are available in standard lengths as rolls (10 m, 20 m, 50 m, 100 m) and 6 m tube pieces. The following sizes can be ordered: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4". Other sizes and lengths (min. 110 m overall length) are available as special versions.
