The DIGIFORCE® 9307 monitors processes in which precisely defined functional relationships between two or more measured quantities need to be demonstrated. These measured quantities are recorded synchronously during the manufacturing process or subsequent functional testing to produce a measurement curve, which is then assessed using graphical and mathematical evaluation techniques. After internal evaluation, the measurement curve and computed evaluation results are visualized on the color display and are also output at the external control interfaces. The processes in the controller are optimized by a powerful real-time operating system to achieve an extremely fast evaluation cycle: it typically takes just 15 ms to deliver the global OK or NOK evaluation result, which can then be analyzed by the higher-level controller.

And it goes without saying that large components can be machined, too. Nonetheless, the C 22 is ultra compact and ensures the necessary clearance for 5-side/5-axis machining. Short process cycles, quick workflows and the highest possible machine dynamics: The C 22 is designed to machine complex geometries with high accuracy and small tolerances. The circular tool magazine is integrated into the base body of the machining centre and can house up to 65 cutters; additionally, it is possible – as with almost all HERMLE machining centres – to adjust the operating system to the user.

Connects multiple lines simultaneously with a single operation for different fluids and sizes. Automatic shutoff valves in both sockets and plugs ensure no outflow of fluid on disconnection. Snap ring and screw threadin types to mount on the base plate are standardized. MAS type can accept axial eccentricity between socket and plug. The allowance of eccentricity is within the radius range of 0.3mm. Cupla connection with fluid under dynamic pressure cannot be made.
