The horizontal MAW welding process enables the infinitely variable production of tanks up to 6,000 m³ volume with horizontal welding only. The large volume, above ground storage tanks are fitted with all necessary safety and operation equipment. Additional, individual components according to client’s specification can be considered. The roof and wall insulation is individually adapted to local conditions. The LIPP® Thermal Storage Tanks operate at atmospheric pressure, at a temperature of up to 95° C and are suitable for use with heating water. No additional nitrogen system necessary.

Digital Panel Meter for speed display 96 x 48 mm (B x H) Relais output optional 1/mm for torque and speed measurement of pickups, with speed options. The device series M2 is equipped with a MIN / MAX memory and optional with two relay outputs. The powerful LED's and simple operation via keypad facilitate the handling of the equipment in daily operation. The GEMÜ 4242 combi switchbox is suitable for mounting to pneumatically operated linear actuators. It utilises a microprocessor controlled, intelligent position sensor and an analogue travel sensor system. The GEMÜ 1436 cPos is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner with optionally integrated process controller for the control of pneumatically operated process valves. When using the optional process controller the signals from a process sensor (e.g. flow, level, pressure, temperature) are detected and the media adjusted according to the specified set value. The GEMÜ 1235 electrical position indicator is suitable for mounting to pneumatically operated linear actuators. The position of the valve spindle is electronically detected and evaluated through play-free and non-positive mounting. Intelligent microprocessor controlled functions make commissioning and support during operation easier. The current position of the valve is displayed via high-visibility LEDs and fed back via electrical signals. HAND-Demagnetizers be used for degaussing of large parts or workpieces, which cannot be done to the device for other reasons, for example, Injection molds, stamping tools, vices built, clamped tools, etc. This portable model can be used for a maximum of 10 minutes of continuous operation. It is equipped with a thermostat that switches it off when the maximum permitted temperature (60ºC) is reached; it can only be used again once the temperature has dropped. The device is moved by hand over the workpiece, as close as possible to the surface, but without touching it.
