The series of RT2A distinguishes by compact design with integrated precision roller bearing and worm drive. The rotary tables are sealed, IP 50 and can be driven in all fitted positions. For the mounting, standard drilling plans and special mounting flange and clamps can be used. Different limit switches are available: Standard: reference impulse, PNP-NC, 2 channel.

Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges, for example in a self-adhesive design, or fixed by screws or by welding. As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths. Our standard types we supply from stock in 7 different profile types made of galvanised steel, heat-resistant also in high thermal fluctuations. The stock types are filled with polyamide (PA6), mane hair (MAH) and phosphorbronze-wire (PHB).

Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges. The special types consist of 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a large range of variations on your request. You can choose: - All fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, synthetic filaments and wires.- The quality of the backing material, e.g. galvanized steel, stainless steel (1.4301; 1.4571) or brass.- The trim height (BH) (free bristle length- The overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

This high-precision torque sensor can be used to perform both static and dynamic measurements on non-rotating parts. The internal and external square drive design make this sensor especially easy to fit in existing or new screw-fitting applications. Quality assurance and monitoring of screw-fastening tools are just two applications that can take full advantage of sensor features such as USB port, built-in amplifier and side-load absorbing bearings. With no rotating parts, this sensor needs no maintenance when used correctly. Available accessories include mounting brackets and flange adapters, which enable quick, easy and practical integration of the sensor into existing or newly developed setups and test benches. The strain-gauge based sensor’s modular design allows precise configuration for the desired application. With the integrated amplifier option, the sensor directly supplies a voltage signal of 0 ... ± 10 V that is proportional to the torque.

MPW Modular with air-cooled eddy-current brake, particularly for testing smaller electric motors smaller slowly running 1-cylinder engines drive units of e.g. two-wheelers. Essentially, three different types of construction may be distinguished: 1. MPW Modular for combustion engines and electric motors (primarily 1-cylinder combustion engines) 2. The spring-applied single-disc brakes in the Servo Line series are designed to operate dry. They can be mounted to the A-face or B-face end shield inside the servo motor. The braking action generated by the compression springs is neutralized by applying the electromagnetic principle involving generation of a magnetic field. The brakes engage in unpowered condition and release when DC voltage is applied. The brakes are equipped with a flange and firmly fastened with screws. Thanks to a specially developed and patented manufacturing method, the rated air gap tolerance can be reduced to a few hundredths of a millimetre, providing enhanced power. Moreover, the brakes have a toothed hub/friction disc connection with minimal circumferential backlash. Standard version is suitable for flange mounting and face mounting.

Our radiator valves DIN 42560 type B and type B OR for transformers are designed to be mounted between two flanges or between tank wall flange and radiator flange. The flange is made of forged steel S355J2G3 and thus not subject to any leakage. Flange thickness is h=40 mm with recessed body. Our radiator valves DIN 42560 B and B OR NW 80 fulfill the tightness requirements and operating conditions in accordance with DIN 42560 as well as EN 50216-8. Due to the metal sealed clap a low leakage is permitted while the soft-sealed radiator valve is absolutely oil and vacuum-tight (zero-leakage). Both variations are absolutely tight in operation condition to the outside of the transformer.
