A lever clamping permits a simple, fast and exact adjusting of different working levels, without any efforts to adapt the devices. The swivel unit is available for the rotary tables RT2A075, RT2A100, RT2A150 und RT2A200. Field of applications: Assembly technologies, measuring and testing equipments, laser writing, welding, cutting, as well as special mechanical engineering. Features (RT2A100, RT2A200): Individually adjustable swiveling range from -5° to +95°. Fixed stop iin the 0° and 90°. Other positions possible by customer request. The HS flex family was developed with the goal of "maximum productivity". Ergonomic aspects were completely redesigned, however, to allow for fast and fatigue-free working for operators and service personnel in every possible working situation. The HS flex handling system can be adapted to six different HERMLE machining centers. With a transport weight of up to 450 kg incl. plate and a storage volume of up to 50 plate positions, the HS flex covers a wide range of applications.

The C 62 is a highly dynamic machining centre designed for 5-axis/5-side machining. Numerous features ensure high-precision and cost-effective working on workpieces up to 2500 kg in weight. Various optional extras simply add to the capabilities for innovative advanced machining. As with all HERMLE machining centres, the C 62 offers various workpiece loading options to guarantee optimum operation. Within the HERMLE range of models, the C 250 is an entry-level model into the world of 5-axis & 5-sided machining. Nevertheless, the “large” models are in no way inferior. Thanks to the large swivelling range of the workpieces in the working area, the utilisation of the complete traverse range and the large collision circle between the table side walls, the C 250 offers the largest working area relative to the installation area. The C 250 is designed for daily use – maximum user-friendliness thanks to pivotable control panel and minimum table distance from the operator and optimum loading height with option ofloading by crane. Maximum precision thanks to the HERMLE swivelling rotary table concept. The table variants of the C 250 therefore stand for the highest quality and optimum use of material – from the cast housing to the installed gear motors: Made in Germany – made in Gosheim.

The C 650 uses a modification of HERMLE's tried-and-tested gantry-type design, with a mineral-cast machine bed. The integrated, rigid clamping table can cope with workpieces up to a maximum of 3000 kg (1050 x 900 x 600 mm) in the 3-axis version, making it ideal for toolmaking, mould construction and machine construction. The swivelling rotary table of the 5-axis version can accommodate workpieces up to 1500 kg (Ø 900 x 600 mm), allowing for highly precise machining. The traverse path in the stainless-steel-clad working area comprises 1050 x 900 x 600 mm with a vertical table clearance of 775 mm and a door aperture of 1050 mm. Ideal parameters for simple and safe crane charging. The C 650 has an integrated tool magazine for 42 tools. The control panel of the C 650 is also designed to swivel easily to the magazine loading location, so the operator can enter the tool data directly into the tool table in the control system.

The C 400 is a dynamic machining centre offering perfect entry into 5-axis/5-side machining. The C 400 machining centre is based on HERMLE's proven core expertise in 5-axis technology. Powerful and dynamic - it reliably meets the demands of the market - precisely and convincingly. The mineral casting machine bed promotes stable, vibration-free machining. The C 400 features a large working area with a small installation area and can be ergonomically adapted to every machine operator - thus ensuring optimum ease of use. Numerous features ensure cost-effective production. The C 400 machining centre is intended for high performance, large-scale machining of workpieces to high accuracy and surface quality.

Designed for machining cubic parts up to 100 kg in weight, the C12 works in the most diverse applications compactly, precisely and dynamically. The C 12 is more than a match for larger models. Aside from its compact size, the main focus is on HERMLE's core competences precision, durability and dynamics. Designed as a 5-axis machining centre featuring the different spindle speeds and different interfaces, the ideal speed is available for almost every area of application. The C 12 can be equipped with two-piece ore compact spindles. All tool spindles can be replaced quickly and easily in case of failure. Thanks to the respective HERMLE set-ups, the C 12 also meets the ever increasing requirements placed on speed and precision. Automation has never been so easy! The space miracle from HERMLE enables flexible workpiece handling on only 2 m² - process-safe around the clock. Here, the 6-axis robot unfolds its full automation potential in interaction with the storage unit and machine. Not only the robot has complete freedom of movement, but also the operator. Despite the extremely compact design, nothing is too close, too bulky or too cramped.

The RS 1 robot system is a fully fledged combination cell for pallet and workpiece automation. The robot operates fully automatically, and can flexibly grip, clamp and store workpieces up to 15 kg and pallets up to 60 kg. The RS 1 guarantees process-secure production round the clock, whilst winning customers over with maximum flexibility and productivity! The rack storage concept makes for an unusually high degree of autonomous running; gripper and device changing is fully automatic and the fully functional setup station allows for pallets, workpiece carriers and workpieces to be set up in parallel with the main operation. This means that the RS 1 can be used as an automation solution for very diverse machining tasks.

The C 22 ensures the precise, cost effective and efficient production of parts. The numerous automation solutions enhance its range of application; individual configuration is easy thanks to the modular design. The Hermle engineers have essentially designed and created this machine with space in mind. With the most efficient footprint possible, the C 22 offers maximum efficiency. And it goes without saying that large components can be machined, too. Nonetheless, the C 22 is ultra compact and ensures the necessary clearance for 5-side/5-axis machining. Short process cycles, quick workflows and the highest possible machine dynamics: The C 22 is designed to machine complex geometries with high accuracy and small tolerances. The circular tool magazine is integrated into the base body of the machining centre and can house up to 65 cutters; additionally, it is possible – as with almost all HERMLE machining centres – to adjust the operating system to the user.

The C 32 machining centre is able to workpieces weighing up to 1000 kg and cutting is undertaken in five axes simultaneously. It has also been designed for daily use and with the greatest possible workload in mind. The C 32 even mills materials which are difficult to machine in record time and with the highest level of precision - also fully automated ... or when using a flexible manufacturing system. All this combined with outstanding ease of use! The C 32 features two axes in the workpiece and three axes in the tool. Dynamic positioning, short downtime periods and secure location in the desired machining position are just as attractive as the very large working area packed into a small footprint. The circular tool magazine of the C 32 is integrated in the base body and capable of holding up to 36 tools. The tool magazine can be extended to 192 pockets using an optional additional magazine. This capacity allows complete machining of highly complex workpieces and various parts.

The C 52 is intended for the simultaneous 5-axis machining of workpieces weighing up to 2000 kg - with unbeatable accuracy and precision. Parameters that always represent a challenge for the machine dynamics. HERMLE has overcome these challenges by developing and designing a precise and high-performance machining centre. The C 52 is the successor of the extremely successful C 50. The C 52 machining centre: A flexible all-rounder with a large working area and minimum footprint. The tool magazine of the C 52 is also integrated and can be extended to 325 pockets using an additional magazine. The C 52 sets new standards: These standards are particularly valued in demanding applications, for instance in the medical, aerospace and automotive industries. EHG electromagnetic holding rods are used in fixture construction, for gripper systems and for a wide variety of tasks in mechanical engineering. The YSTRAL jet stream mixer fulfils all requirements for a complete and homogeneous mixing of the contents of a vessel. Effective micro- and macro-mixing of the entire contents of the vessel without the introduction of air. Complete mass transfer across all vessel levels due to vertical mixing. Up to 90% of the energy used is converted into vertical flow - no rotating vessel contents. Even heavy sediments are suspended by directed streams. Rotating parts are protected against unintentional intervention. With open tanks no tank fixing is necessary. A fast rotating rotor surrounded by a stator generates a downward directed guide jet which directs the liquid flow directly to the bottom of the container. At the bottom of the container, the stream splits and creates an upward flow on the outer wall. At the surface, the liquid flow is redirected towards the bottom of the tank.

The latest generation of multifunctional YSTRAL PiloTec process equipment offers you the opportunity to use established production processes on a laboratory scale. Thanks to Conti-TDS technology, powder can be inducted, wetted and dispersed under vacuum, dust-free and in a single operation. Easy-to-use swappable tools enable operation using the innovative Multi-Z or Z-Inline process with high-precision multi-stage shear ring systems. Established procedures and a specific energy input independent of the batch size guarantee excellent and consistent results. These can be easily transferred to production scale - a safe scale-up to ystral plant construction. The modular design enables extension to the PiloTec-Plant process plant with ystral mixing technology, systems for handling powders and liquids, measuring technology and sensors, lifting stands as well as other modular components.

TDS Induction Mixers draw powder, liquids or gases below their level into liquids and at the same time homogenise the contents of the container. The vacuum required for induction is generated in the mixing head. The machine is installed in the container from above by means of a flange or traverse. Alternatively, the TDS Induction Mixer can work on a lifting frame. The powder is inducted from the container and introduced under the fluid level by mixing it immediately and wetting. The mixing head generates the required negative pressure. Dust loads are prevented during the addition of powder by direct induction from the bag. Effective micro and macro mixing of the complete container contents with simultaneous addition of powder. Immediate wetting under fluid level. Complete mass transfer and homogeneity across all container levels via the jetstream mixing principle. In addition, liquids and gases can be inducted.

Intensive vertical mixing of the container ingredients in the micro and macro range. An additional downstream shear ring dispersion is not necessary. Due to optimal dispersion performance, high efficiency and easy handling of the mixing tools used, the Dispermix meets the high requirements of demanding production processes for the introduction of liquids or powders into liquid. Agglomerates are crushed and thus better wetting of the powder with the liquid. Different slot widths allow the adaptation to the corresponding application. The Dispermix head generates two differently directed liquid streams. A vertical partial flow is directed straight to the vessel bottom, where it is divided and circulates the entire vessel contents. A second partial stream is deflected horizontally in the Dispermix head and guided through the dispersion zone. Solid particles and/or droplets are reliably comminuted and homogeneously distributed.

The YSTRAL high-performance dispersing machines work according to the rotor-stator principle with high shear gradients. The extreme fine distribution of solids (suspensions) and liquids (emulsions) in presented liquid media is achieved by the perfectly coordinated interaction of various comminution processes. The high-precision dispersion tools are individually adapted to the respective task. Robust rotor-stator tools with a narrow radial gap ensure high shear gradients. A strong dispersing effect is achieved by impact and high-frequency pressure-relief processes. Solid particles and/or droplets are reliably comminuted and homogeneously distributed. Different rotor-stator-pairs allow the adaptation to the corresponding application. No rotating vessel contents - no formation of droplets and no air ingress. No free-running shaft and no free-running dispersing tools. Batch dispersion directly in the vessel.

The combination of different process steps in one machine provides you with great rationalisation potential: Production times are minimised, sub-processes are completely eliminated, production costs are reduced.The YSTRAL Conti-TDS is based on the same principle as the YSTRAL Inline Disperser. A special rotor-stator system generates a large negative pressure and absorbs powder, without dust formation and loss-free, directly into the liquid.
