Incremental lengths probe with magnetic operating principle. Extremely insensitive to contamination such as oil mist, moisture and dust. Extremely robust against oscillations and vibrations due to the Ø 32mm clamping shaft. The probe pin (without spring) is fixed with a magnetic tip on the surface of the measuring object. This allows the change in position of the target to be detected with high accuracy. Perfect for position detection of machine axes.

The fuel injection design automatically delivers gas mixture on demand, providing only as much endothermic gas as furnaces require to reduce operating costs and eliminate gas waste. EndoInjector™ typically pays for itself in less than 1 year. The ExoInjector™ is designed specifically for exothermic gas generators. While similar in concept, the ExoInjector™ differs from the EndoInjector™ in that it comes in modified mechanical versions to accommodate pre-mix or nozzle-mix burners with a custom HMI software that allows for predefined ratio set points for burner ignition, rich exo, and lean exothermic gas. The system can be modified to provide hydrogen content control and water vapor monitoring.

The H2Smart™ is an integrated sampling system designed to measure hydrogen content with high accuracy in nitriding and nitrocarburizing atmospheres and to calculate the parameters necessary for process control. Its unique measuring cell design and advanced electronics eliminate the need for a reference gas cell, thus simplifying the installation and usage. Moreover, the measuring cell is maintained at a set temperature to protect the system from condensation and contamination during nitrocarburizing and post oxidation processes. An integrated sampling pump with variable output insures reliable flow through the measuring cell. The sampling flow is continuously measured via an integrated mass flow meter, and, if necessary, the flow is adjusted by changing the pump output. In this manner, the closed-loop flow control assures reliable H2 measurement and thus accurate nitriding and nitrocarburizing control.
