FXE TTO lifting magnet trusses are used to remove large areas from laser or flame cutting tables. Parts from 100x100mm are removed from the table in their entire layer. Depending on the material thickness, whole sheets can also be placed with the FXE-TTO. The design of the system depends on the sheet format to be moved (uncut, LxWxH) and the dimension of the smallest blank.

FXE-TT telescopic trusses are equipped with electro-hydraulic telescopic arms and are suitable for handling sheets of 3-16m length. The system consists of fixed and movable crossbars, each equipped with two magnetic modules. The length of the truss can be adjusted individually via radio remote control. The magnetic system can be operated on the truss itself or on the radio remote control included in the delivery.

FX-KT small trusses lift workpieces that cannot be picked up with a magnet in the center, such as rings, punching tools and flanges. Two FX magnets, adjustably mounted on a truss made of high-strength aluminum, provide a secure hold. With a few simple steps, the magnets can be removed from the truss and used individually.

FX-P is the lifting magnet series for professional lifting and moving of thinner sheets, tubes and bars. The special Magnet-Coniguration in conjunction with the prismatic pole of the FX-P ensures maximum lux density even on thin material thickness. The FX-P can be positioned well on round tube and gently pressed.

The HGF Handgausmeter is an easy to use precision instrument. The superfine 1mm probe magnetic flux densities can be measured extremely close to the magnetic pole and in very narrow air gaps. The HGF can be switched between AC and DC magnetic fields as well as between units Gaus and Tesla. At the edge of the display the pending polarity N/S is in the mode "DC magnetic fields" constantly displayed, the "peak indicator" facilitates the search for magnetic surfaces for example, in tracking down unwanted residual magnetism. The package includes in addition to the meter, the 1mm transversal probe and the batteries and a protective case and a protective cap for the probe. HAND-Demagnetizers be used for degaussing of large parts or workpieces, which cannot be done to the device for other reasons, for example, Injection molds, stamping tools, vices built, clamped tools, etc. This portable model can be used for a maximum of 10 minutes of continuous operation. It is equipped with a thermostat that switches it off when the maximum permitted temperature (60ºC) is reached; it can only be used again once the temperature has dropped. The device is moved by hand over the workpiece, as close as possible to the surface, but without touching it.

Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Plate-spreading-magnets are used for separating of stacked iron and steel sheets. The sheet separators are laterally grown from the sheet stack, they magnetize the sheets with the same poles, which repel them from each other. The MCF control units are designed to operate electro-permanent magnet modules. It is available both as a single board for installation in the customer's existing control cabinets and as an IP 54 control cabinet solution. In addition to the FXE lifting magnet modules, other electro-permanent magnet components such as magnet clamping plates or magnet clamping blocks can also be controlled with the MCF, both as a single system (ALNICO) and as a double system (ALNICO/ND). The MCF can be controlled via a machine control, radio remote control, manual pushbutton or other potential-free contacts.

MBX magnetic clamping blocks have opposite clamping sides that are activated when actuated. They are designed to clamp workpieces on steel surfaces such as machine or assembly tables. They can be controlled directly on the unit or optionally via remote control. The FXE-T6400/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet truss is a fully equipped standard unit with all options. FX-VV is the lifting magnet for profiles and hot components. FX-C lifting magnets have a round, multipole clamping surface, designed for lifting rings, sleeves, bearing housings, flange plates and similar workpieces.The load specification is valid for full-surface mounting on workpieces which cover D inside to D outside (see table Dimensions), for workpieces with a smaller mounting surface an approximate maximum workpiece weight of 3.5 kg per cm² clamping surface can be calculated.
