FX-VV is the lifting magnet for profiles and hot components. The long, narrow design is conceived to pick up beams and profiles, also on the inner web of the beam, and reach their maximum holding force even with comparatively thin material thickness, so that even thin sheets can be lifted safely. Thanks to the 90° double prism, angle profiles can now be can now be picked up on the inside and outside, or components can be turned. Steel fabricators rely on FX-VV.

The MCF control units are designed to operate electro-permanent magnet modules. It is available both as a single board for installation in the customer's existing control cabinets and as an IP 54 control cabinet solution. In addition to the FXE lifting magnet modules, other electro-permanent magnet components such as magnet clamping plates or magnet clamping blocks can also be controlled with the MCF, both as a single system (ALNICO) and as a double system (ALNICO/ND). The MCF can be controlled via a machine control, radio remote control, manual pushbutton or other potential-free contacts.

In energized status, this so-called flat armature is pulled against the magnetic yoke component group. If the coil is deactivated, the leaf spring joined to the flat armature presses the seal positioned on the spring-armature assembly unit against the valve seat. These quick-acting valves owing to the small mass of the installed armature achieve switching phases in the millisecond range. These valves have a capacity of up to 4 billion actuations, depending upon operation mode.

The EURO RTM standard magnets were the first magnetic components to introduce magnetic shuttering solutions to modern precast concrete production. However, there are always components that are difficult to clamp due to the contour, or that will be deformed through radial clamping.
