Our metalworking shop allows us to realize customized housings according to customer requests. A team of experienced employees assures the necessary precision including all required cutouts and drillings of housings. Our own tool shop is equipped with machines for lathing, milling, electrical discharge machining and grinding which allow us to quickly manufacture customized parts/adjustments in-house.

Technical information The AI 2,5-20 auto is a stripping machine driven by an electric motor. It uses a system which detects the wire diameter and selects the cutting depth. Exact stripping of different insulated wires within the cross-section range of 0.5 up to 2.5 mm² (AWG20 – 14) is possible without an additional external adjustment. The stripping length and pull-off length are very easy to adjust.

Technical information The AI 02 S3 is a stripping machine driven by an electric motor. Special feature: A special adapted funnel allows to insert two or three wires and strip it in a single step. By turning the stripping blades, the minimal stripping length can be reduced to 3 mm.

The MP Computer is a comfortable, comprehensive and easy-to-handle evaluation, display and control unit for different types of engine test beds. Its clear and ergonomic arrangement fascilitates the work with the test bed. Desired loads can be adjusted quickly and easily. Specialists are not required. Many optional additional functions increase enlarge the comfort of the MP Computer. Maintaining permanent accuracy of torque measurement is facilitated by a semi-automatic calibration routine.
