For our bearing assemblies and linear systems, we use high-quality lubricants as standard that are suitable for most applications. Special operating conditions require special lubricants. Standard and special greases are available in the respective container sizes from us as accessories. They can be used when our bearing elements are used for the first time or for relubricating slewing rings.

The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different entraining elements and tracking guides. Entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and when lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. Tracking guides are used to ensure directionally correct and stable guiding of the belt on the conveying system and to prevent the conveyor belt from running off. Conveyor belt entraining element or tracking guides made of PVC and PU in blue, white, green, petrol or transparent. V-shape, rectangular or block tracking guides. Smooth or notched design. Depending on the design, oil and grease resistant, with FDA/EU approval.

Conveyor belt cleats made of PVC and PU – with or without fabric interlayers – in blue, white, green, petrol or transparent. Depending on the design, they are resistant to oil and grease, have FDA/EU approval. PVC/PU cleats made of belt material can be produced in a straight design or with an inclination of approximately 60° or 80° respectively. We also have a wide range of special cleats such as, for example: PVC 60° Shore A, closed-loop cleats, profiled cleats made of belt material, fabric and felt cleats, and special forms based on the customer’s requirements.

Magnetic motor feedback systems are proving themselves in numerous applications in linear drive technology, handling systems, circuit board assembly, robotics and in a wide range of automation solutions in the context of Industry 4.0. In all of these areas, the speed and/or position of a drive must be communicated to a main controller in real time. The ultra compact LEC100 and LEC200 sensor duo has been developed by SIKO for these requirements. Repeat accuracy max. ±1 μm. max. resolution 0.2 µm (LD output circuit). Reading distance ≤0.2 mm. Works with MB100/1 magnetic tape. Signal period 1000 μm. Output circuit sin/cos or LD. Function and status display LEDs.

There was a need for coming up with a new pad printing machine, the basis of which opens up new target markets for us both technologically and in terms of applications. The result: the development of the SPEED 40-2 pad printing machine. Its output: as many as 9,000 cycles/h in continuous run. The production quantity is max. 18,000/h printed parts (single color with a printed image size of Ø 37 mm). Very high true-to-register printing, precision contours and photo and line images. The SPEED is a built-in execution, suitable for any kind of clocked, linear or rotary transfer systems. Thanks to its integrable misprint device there is no stopping of the machine in the absence of a workpiece. The power costs are low in comparison to the cycle number (part output). The SPEED 40-2 is a fast shortstroke machine of a new series of pad printing machines.
