LT Ultra is your partner for the production of optical surface qualities in injection mold inserts. For example, we can manufacture inserts for the injection molding of spectacle lenses with several focal lengths as well as mold inserts for microlenses or components for vehicle lighting systems. In addition to simple geometries such as spheres or aspheres, we mainly manufacture non-rotationally symmetrical components and freeform surfaces.Mold inserts for a long service life can be made from chemically deposited nickel (NiP). Here you can work directly in the nickel. The advantage is that the very durable nickel can also be deposited on substrates that could not be brought into optical quality themselves or only with great effort. On request, LT Ultra offers the complete delivery of the mold insert as well as the processing of additional parts.

The terrestrial 3D laser scanner Z+F IMAGER® 5016 combines compact and lightweight design with state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning surveyor technology - allowing the user to reach new levels. It's equipped with an integrated HDR camera, internal lighting and positioning system. All components of the terrestrial 3D laser scanner have been further developed and adjusted to the new design, resulting in even better scanning results and a more efficient workflow. The terrestrial 3D laser scanner Z+F IMAGER® 5016A combines compact and lightweight design with state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning surveyor technology - allowing the user to reach new levels. It's equipped with an integrated HDR camera, internal lighting and positioning system. All components of the terrestrial 3D laser scanner have been further developed and adjusted to the new design, resulting in even better scanning results and a more efficient workflow. With feature A, which stands for Advanced, the 5016 receives twice as high scan rate of up to 2.187 million pixels/second and more options for leveling the scanner. If the dynamic compensator is deactivated or the tilt is outside the defined range, the tilt is detected by the IMU of the Z+F IMAGER® 5016A.

VIVAA.fit is now also available as a surface-mounted luminaire. The round wall and ceiling luminaire convinces with high lighting quality and high-quality workmanship. Two different sizes expand the creative freedom. Thanks to its excellent colour rendering properties and suitability for computer screens, the luminaire conquers working and recreational areas. To support the circadian rhythm, the VIVAA.fit surface-mounted luminaire can be equipped with VTL daylight management. The special feature: The integrated indirect component of the light ensures glare-free ambient lighting and increases the lighting effect.
