The intermittent film packaging machine flexo 700 scores similarly to the basic modell flexo 500 with maximum versatility and flexibility, but is designed for the packaging of large format products with a width of up to 680 mm. Whether shoe boxes, boards, shelves, ladders, ironing tables, large calendars, pots, tissue rolls, insulating mats, etc., you are instantly equipped for any kind of large format application with this machine – daily changing orders, for example. The flexo 700 features a side-sealing unit. The transversal sealing unit is designed as an intermittent version and processes a wide range of films, dimensions and products.

The horizontal welding process enables the infinitely variable production of tanks up to 6,000 m³ volume with horizontal welding only. The largevolume, above ground storage tanks are fitted with all necessary safety and operation equipment. Additional, individual components according to client’s specification can be considered. The roof and wall insulation is individually adapted to local conditions. Due to its high resolution also when measuring long distances, linear displacement measurements up to 900 mm can be carried out. Conversions between rotatory and translation movements through ball screws, wire or cord connections and so on are not necessary for direct displacement measurement. The rod is guided in a low-play floating frontal bearing. This absorbs small angular and parallel displacements.

FLUX centrifugal immersion pumps are used when larger flow rates, continuous running or special immersion lengths are required. They are especially suitable for pumping and circulating aggressive and abrasive media. There is a choice of different materials available depending on the chemical and thermal requirements. In addition sealless and horizontal versions are available. FLUX centrifugal immersion pumps are individually configured and manufactured according to the technical requirements in each case.

The sensor model 8228 with its measuring accuracy of 0.05% F.S. (for the measuring ranges ≤ 1 bar, the measuring accuracy is 0.1% F.S.) ideally suited as a reference sensor. The compact dimensions, the robust housing and the industrial-grade output signal result in a very wide range of applications. All components in contact with media are made of stainless steel. An integrated measuring amplifier converts the measuring signals directly into interference-free voltage signals or current signals that can be transmitted over long distances. With the „gage“ measurement type, the pressure measurement is carried out against the ambient pressure, the sensor has a bore that is protected against ambient influences to compensate for the ambient pressure. With the „Absolute“ measurement type, the applied pressure is measured against an enclosed vacuum; this measurement type is available from the measuring range 0 ... 250 mbar. The electrical connection is made via an M12 x 1 connector.
