The SUPERHUMMEL is the first choice for the efficient sanding of large areas due to its powerful motor and its extra wide sanding drum. The SUPERHUMMEL stands for top sanding quality combined with a maximum area capacity. It is very user-friendly - easy to operate and at the same time to maintain. Both, changing the sanding belt and dismantling the machine, are extremely simple. The optimal dust extraction and the robust construction of the machine are a matter of course. Applications with the SUPERHUMMEL: The high-performance floor sanding machine with 300 mm (approx. 11.8”) sanding drum width has especially been designed for the efficient treatment of large-scale wooden floors, e.g. commercial areas and public buildings. The SUPERHUMMEL equipped with the hard rubber drum ensures an even removal on softwood floors with strong knots.

These systems with an improved protection against corrosion are used especially on delicate surfaces and have a very high adhesive force at large distances from the counterpart. The extremely soft rubber coating leads to higher displacement forces. Thanks to the large pole gap these systemes have a high adherence even on rounded surfaces (such as wind towers). Magnetic system with stainless steel body and strong neodymium magnet core. This series have a deeper magnetic force than the classic flat pot systems. Two milled surfaces on the perimeter allow to fix the system with a tool. The holding surface is over molded with a hard type of rubber (TPE) and protects the magnet from strikes. At the same time the rubber effects a noise absorption.

The GEMÜ 620 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a low maintenance metal membrane actuator and is pneumatically operated. The Shore A, D, B, C, D0, 0, 00, 000 electronic hardness tester is ideally used for applications that are concerned with determining the hardness rating of plastics ans rubber. This unit operates in accordance to the standards set by the ISO 7619-1, ASTM D 2240, ISO 868, NFT 51109 and BS 903 Part A26. The testing procedure, however, deems that a 35 mm plane parallel contact surface and a 6 mm material thickness necessary for the procedure.
