The manual magnet transporter HL-series are ideal wherever conventional load lifting magnets are not used due to the low material thickness. They can be used to transport sheets vertically or horizontally directly from the sheet shelf directly to the workplace or on a transportation vehicle. They are used for the secure transportation of sharp steel sheets in sheet storage, burn cutting operations and stamping. All technical data can be found in the .pdf file.

The manually activated permanent load lifting magnets with flexible single or double hooks are ideal for the horizontal and vertical transportation of materials. A wide range of models of the Mlay lifting magnets are available with bearing loads between 90 kg and 1825 kg for different material thicknesses. The flat magnet field is another advantage when destacking sheets or workpieces. Replaceable pole shoes make individual solutions possible. They can transport, for example, angle profiles or round sticks with different dimensions.

Simple and versatile – a wide variety of shuttering tasks can be easily accomplished with the MST. Thanks to its low weight, the MST is very easy to handle without a crane. The system's excellent static properties and fl exibility make the MST a true all-rounder for manual operation.

The positioning drawbar has a gradual flexible range of +/- 60°. The adjustment occurs easily by loosening the hand brake. A wireless remote control can be installed directly on the handle to switch the magnets on and off. Other remote controls to control cranes are possible on request.
