The Lutz-Jesco dry material feeders are precise and reliable devices for volumetric conveying of pourable substances. These devices consist of self-supporting welded constructions made of high-quality stainless steel sheet, which ensures their robustness and durability. Available in various conveying capacities, the dry material feeders offer flexible adaptation to different requirements and areas of application. They are equipped with hollow screws (screw spindles), which ensure even and continuous material transport. Thanks to this technology, they can feed a wide range of bulk materials, including fine dust particles, pellets, flakes and short fibres. Lutz-Jesco dry material feeders are ideal for industrial applications where precise dosing is required, such as in the chemical industry, food processing and many other sectors.

Wether packaging, food items or other piece goods – surfaces will become disinfected by UV technology in a gentle and efficient way. Several UV-C tubes destroy microorganisms, so that it is no longer possible for them to reproduce.

Centrifugal sorting is used for high capacities up to 800 pieces per minute. The quiet and gentle sorting is particularly suitable for plastic objects. Depending on object type and size we recommend different versions ZF-350, ZF-500, ZF-800. Due to the user-friendly and space-saving design, it can be combined with other machines and systems.

Radial line recloser When a recloser is installed on a radial feeder it automatically clears transient faults and isolates permanent faults. More than one recloser can be installed on a feeder to isolate faults selectively and ensure fewer customers are affected. Loop recloser A loop recloser further improves the reliability of a power supply by automatically reconfiguring a network in the event of a failure.

CONTINUOUS USE OF UP TO 100 BAR – UNDER THE BAR FEEDER Thanks to the intelligent arrangement of its components, the combiloop CL2 is a particularly space saving solution that can be fitted under a wide range of bar feeders. The fine filtration inside this visually appealing system is based on protected contaminant pre-separation in the 3-chamber tank with easily accessible, washable wire mesh elements, and pressures up to 100 bar are delivered by a constant pump.
