With the thread adapter made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (304) a pump, a drain cock or any other connection with thread G 2" (Whitworth pipe thread) can be screwed onto a container with G 1 1/2" thread. The thread adapter adapts and thus compensates for different thread shapes. The drum adapter ensures that decanting is liquid-tight; a seal made of ePTFE reliably seals the connection. The thread adapter made of stainless steel is electrically conductive and highly chemically resistant. It can therefore be used for filling solvents and other flammable liquids (e.g. alcohols, petrol, diesel etc.) as well as for weak alkalis and acids.

With Novartos Multi triple sampling, a triple multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the length, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with three sample inserts fot the triple sampling.

With Novartos Multi double sampling, a double multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the lenght, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with two sample inserts for the double sampling.

The materials steel and aluminium ensure that the tubing clamp stop-it metal is extremly heat resistant and sturdy. The tubing clamp is available in four different sizes, for hose diameters up to max. 30 mm. The tubing clamp can be used wherever the flow in hoses with liquids or gases needs to be regulated or stopped. Stepless flow regulation: With the tubing clamp stop-it's knurled screw, a stepless, delicate flow regulation or complete stop of the flow are possible, even for existing hose connections. The hose is compressed over a wide area against the sturdy steel hook in order to prevent it from being damaged.

The barrel pump's universal adapter fits onto container openings of 30 - 70 mm, closing tightly. The container screw joints can be screwed into the container with the 3/4" thread and lock nut. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. Any vapours produced are returned from the container which is to be filled to the original container via the gas-shuttle pipe. The gas pipe and the liquid pipe are additionally provided with stopcocks. Gas-tight pumps are used for substances that have a strong smell such as ammonia.

The GEMÜ PFA tubing range comprises tubing spools and straight tube pieces. These can be supplied either in a high-purity version with Teflon® PFA 450 HP (DuPont) or in the standard version. Depending on availability, the latter uses PFA M620, Dyneon 6502T or Daikin MP-230. The tubes are available in standard lengths as rolls (10 m, 20 m, 50 m, 100 m) and 6 m tube pieces. The following sizes can be ordered: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4". Other sizes and lengths (min. 110 m overall length) are available as special versions. A third category of membranes is used for degassing liquids. When applying a vacuum to one side of the membrane, the liquid itself is not permeable and there is no loss. One typical application is removing dissolved oxygen from brewing water in order to avoid any oxidation processes.
