FXL-CT table-top units are built for a maximum of 2 channels without preselection. They can be used to control magnetic chucks up to a total area of approx. 1.2m2. can be controlled. FXL-CT is designed as a table-top unit or to be attached to the machine wall by means of the magnetic feet on the back. The operation is carried out directly on the device.

Protherm controllers are universal configurable programmers that monitor, control and record processes running in a single furnace or simultaneously in multiple chambers. The electronic reverse polarity controllers are used to turn the magnetic clamping plates on and off and to regulate the holding force in several stages through the affiliated manual operating device. With the D50 controllers, up to 100 poles with the pole size 50x50mm or 50 poles with the pole size 75x75mm can be switched. Furthermore, the D100 controller is needed. The single-channel devices D50 and D100 are used to control Magnaslot and Doublemag. The D50-2 controller is needed to operate the Triplemag magnet modules with additional holding surface. If multiple magnetic clamping plates are controlled individually, the D100-4 controller must be used. Up to 4 clamping plates can be switched separately here. Individual requests can be implemented upon customer request.

The new Scout VGS 4500 measuring station consists of measuring probes mounted on the front of the vehicle and a measuring cell installed within the vehicle. These two parts are connected via a suction hose. The system can be mounted on different type of vehicles such as a pickup truck, quad or car. To adapt to nature of the surface to be measured, the probe distance can be adjusted quickly and it is just as easy to store the entire front probe. With the Scout VGS 4500 measuring station from Schütz, very large sections of network can be inspected and the results can be recorded in a short time. With the vehicle-based measuring system, measurements are accurately taken at speeds up to 50 km/h. Even under the most difficult conditions, Scout VGS 4500 has proven its reliability. The system was successfully subjected to a resistance test in the desert at an outside temperature of over 36 degrees Celsius.

If bulk goods are transported over long distances (in trucks, railway goods wagons), separation may occur. Taking the sample just from the surface therefore leads to the wrong result. Representative samples from all layers of the silo can be taken with the SiloDrill. The SiloDrill fits through all standard openings with its diameter of 90 mm.

The BH25 is a high resolution exposed linear encoder with interferometric measurement signal generation. The BH25 scale has a graduation period of 1µm. The interferometric laser scale principle generates a sinusoidal measurement signal with a signal period of 250nm in the read head. The BH25 is characterized by its small size and high signal quality. It is suitable for resolutions of up to 3.8pm. Due to the reflective scanning and the small design it is perfectly suited for high accuracy X/Y stages with linear motor drive as well as for measurement applications

The sample containers sterile are sterilised by irradiation and correspond to a sterility assurance level Sterile SAL 10-3 (according to ISO 11137) inside. The handy and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, smooth-walled and free of undercuts, therefore it can be emptied completely. It is an excellent universal container for all liquid and solid contents. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free to take samples. Liquid/condensate in the lid runs into a collecting channel integrated in the lid, nothing is lost, nothing can drip off. The sample boxes are closed while hot during production. Due to this process, the sample boxes close absolutely tightly, as the lid and box adapt optimally during the cooling process. The sample container made of PP is highly transparent, the contents of the container can be easily recognised.
