The C 22 ensures the precise, cost effective and efficient production of parts. The numerous automation solutions enhance its range of application; individual configuration is easy thanks to the modular design. The Hermle engineers have essentially designed and created this machine with space in mind. With the most efficient footprint possible, the C 22 offers maximum efficiency. And it goes without saying that large components can be machined, too. Nonetheless, the C 22 is ultra compact and ensures the necessary clearance for 5-side/5-axis machining. Short process cycles, quick workflows and the highest possible machine dynamics: The C 22 is designed to machine complex geometries with high accuracy and small tolerances. The circular tool magazine is integrated into the base body of the machining centre and can house up to 65 cutters; additionally, it is possible – as with almost all HERMLE machining centres – to adjust the operating system to the user.

The aisle-bound MONO series has proved a favourite with customers because of its optimum use of space. Minimum approach dimensions at the end of the aisle and at the top and bottom of the travel plus no-buffers end-of-aisle protection permit full exploitation of the storage space. And then there’s the speed factor as well: good travelling speed and acceleration figures ensure efficient storage and retrieval, also during peak times. Depending on requirements, our MONO storage retrieval machines (SRMs) can be fitted with one, two or three drives. Where very high maneuverability is required, DAMBACH also makes use of an interlocking drive concept with a toothed rack. That results in throughput rates that are otherwise only seen in automated small parts warehouses. Another benefit of the toothed rack drive is the low load on the running wheels and the rails.

The MINI-LOAD series takes small-parts storage to previously unknown heights. Storage heights of up to 27 m can be reached without a drop in performance. Our units can work in automated small-parts warehouses handling containers or boxes equally well. The compact form of the MINI-LOAD results in especially low approach dimensions both horizontally and vertically. So DAMBACH rail-guided storage and retrieval machines (SRMs) for small parts storage make full use of the space available. A very diverse range of load-handling equipment is available to suit the goods to be stored and the performance targets. Telescopic forks are adequate for single-deep storage, but combination telescopic forks or grabs are necessary for double-deep storage or to boost the performance of transfer operations on the apron. Our MINI-LOAD SRMs can be adapted to customer requirements and loads. The integral lifting and lowering rope results in highly dynamic vertical transport.

Automated small parts storage for a wide range of applications – whether as picking-, buffer- or distribution storage. A variety of small parts carriers and small containers can be stored efficiently with the LOGI-KIT MINI. The system is thereby as flexible as your requirements. Load weights can vary between a few grams up to 300 kg. With storage heights from 3 to 27 m, it can be integrated easily into many existing buildings. High goods throughput means that the system is perfectly suitable as a "micro-fulfillment" system in the tightest space. Cartons, Euro containers and trays are automatically transported to the picking station. The "goods-to-person" principle leads to the elimination of unproductive order picking way times and time needed for order fulfillment is reduced.
