The bar magnets are workable on both sides. On the holding surface an individual shape is possible and the adhesive force is adjustable. Bar magnets with an area for a free machining on the adhesive surface moreover offer a better wear protection compared with other bar magnets. To differentiate the otherwise identical SmCo series the NdFeB bar magnets are coloured blue on the holding surface. Direct mounting of the bar magnet in iron reduced the holding power by up to 15% due to magnetic short circuiting. To avoid this, certain distances need to be maintained between the brass casing of the bar magnet and the iron. The distances are also to be adhered to if the bar magnet was shortened by dimension A. FX-P is the lifting magnet series for professional lifting and moving of thinner sheets, tubes and bars. The special Magnet-Coniguration in conjunction with the prismatic pole of the FX-P ensures maximum lux density even on thin material thickness. The FX-P can be positioned well on round tube and gently pressed.

Equipped with pole type 50+ in long narrow design and a maximum load capacity of 400/600/1000 kg, which is achieved with material thicknesses from 15mm, these easy-to-guide and operate devices are recommended for lifting battens, rails, pipes, beams and bars. Also using pole extensions, which make it easier to position the magnets on long narrow bars.

FX-R is the series for round material handling. The deep shallow-angled prism ensures safe positioning on the load and guides the magnetic field deep into the material. The magnet system can be switched well in the entire diameter bandwidth and does not recoil, shearing of the load due to twisting is prevented by the overlapping prism. Flat material, even with low material thickness, is no problem for the FX-R. With hot workpieces, the deep prism protects the magnet core from overheating. The lifting magnet for shafts and bars.
