It is possible to use all fluid lubricants through to grease, depending on their viscosity. The medium spreads evenly across the entire width of the roller so that it is possible to guarantee it is applied homogeneously at all times.

For our bearing assemblies and linear systems, we use high-quality lubricants as standard that are suitable for most applications. Special operating conditions require special lubricants. Standard and special greases are available in the respective container sizes from us as accessories. They can be used when our bearing elements are used for the first time or for relubricating slewing rings.

The B80 KGK G1 series (with closed impeller) is a powerful and robust centrifugal submersible pump with plain bearings, drive lantern on roller bearings and IEC standard motor. The pumped liquid is conveyed from the tank via the radial pump outlet and the vertical riser pipe. Pre-assembled pump kit for food and pharma in ex-version. The pump-kit is ideal for frequent medium changes and is suitable for conveying out of drums, IBCs or tanks. Due to the construction with mechanical seal, the pump can be easily and quickly taken apart into its two main components. This allows good cleanability. Blickle cast iron wheels are made from robust grey cast iron with a hardness of 180 to 220 HB. They are extremely wear-resistant and provide very little rolling and swivel resistance. Cast iron wheels are self-lubricating due to the graphite which they contain. However, they should always be sufficiently lubricated using the grease nipple, particularly when using the plain bore version. Due to the relatively high level of floor pressure, care must be taken when using this wheel series on sensitive surfaces. The silver coating on the wheels can change colour at high temperatures, but this does not affect the corrosion protection provided by the coating. Standard cast iron wheels are designed for use in temperatures of up to 120°C.

Super Grease is a H1 registred high performance grease spray. The lubricant is dissolved in a fast evaporating solvent. During the application of Super Grease, its viscosity changes from water- to honey-like. At first Super Grease reacts as penetrating oil and after a few seconds it changes into a skid-resistant, high-performance grease, with a high adhesive strength. The thickener of Super Grease is PTFE. Therefore, it provides excellent dry-running properties. The operating temperature range of Super Grease is -30°C up to +200°C.
