We are specialised in varnishing transparent plastics, which are being painted from behind to achieve a profound depth effect. In our specially customised painting booth the plastics are being sprayed with wet paint creating various structures and degrees of gloss. Here we have the possibility to process large-sized parts. The 0.02 class calibration resistors excel in their modern design and small mechanical dimensions. Their ruggedness also ensures a long life. HAND-Demagnetizers be used for degaussing of large parts or workpieces, which cannot be done to the device for other reasons, for example, Injection molds, stamping tools, vices built, clamped tools, etc. This portable model can be used for a maximum of 10 minutes of continuous operation. It is equipped with a thermostat that switches it off when the maximum permitted temperature (60ºC) is reached; it can only be used again once the temperature has dropped. The device is moved by hand over the workpiece, as close as possible to the surface, but without touching it.

The eccentric drive of the DTE series is primarily suited for cutting, blanking, forming and embossing operations. The Scotch-Yoke drive of the DTL series has a modified link drive characteristic and reduces the slide speed during the forming phase. Thus the presses are not only suitable for cutting, punching and forming tasks, but also for drawing operations. The extra time that the material receives for plastic flow significantly increases the quality of the produced parts. The reduced impact speed of the slide extends the life of the press and the die. Our deburring and edge rounding machines type TF enable an optimal Surface Processing up to the perfect surface finish in the dry grinding process. The Deburring & Edge Rounding Machines are available with 3 different passage widths. They have various performance spectrums, which are individually adapted to the modular principle customizable and configurable to customer requirements. Both small and large-area sheet metal parts or workpieces can be processed, regardless of the material. These conveyer machines thus show the best possible flexibility in sheet metal processing.
