In the field there is a frequent need to measure sensor readings rapidly and easily right at the sensor and to transfer them directly to a PC without additional amplifiers or converters. The 9206 USB sensor interface can satisfy this requirement admirably, thanks to its „plug & measure“ design. The USB connection means installation could not be simpler. Typical applications: —Mobile test measurements via laptop —Laboratory test set-ups —Instrumentation and control —Diagnostic measurements in the chemical industry —PC-based recording of expansion figures in bio engineering The USB sensor interface takes its supply from the connected PC via the USB port, and uses it to generate the power supply for the sensors. The initial settings and sensor settings are made by burster in-house and saved in the USB sensor interface. These can then be fine-tuned by the customer.

The range of application for the high-precision resistance decades models 1406 and 1407 stretches from reference standard for precision measurements up to simulation ot a host of measuring transducers. They can be used for control in complicated equipments and systems, such as equivalent circuit in resistor networks. Another application is the use in switching circuits, as reproducible variable in laboratory and test assemblies. The decade resistors meet all the requirements of these differing functions as well as the resulting demands. The high-precision resistance decades models 1406 and 1407 are designed to meet the highest demands with regard to precision, temperature and long-term consistency. Many years at experience, tried-and-tested technology and the use of fieldproven materials guarantee the high level of precision. The decade resistors consist of low-capacity and low inductance wire windings of MANGANIN®.

The incremental digital displays are used in combination with our high-precision displacement sensors 8738. The digital technology of these measuring systems satisfies high demands for precision and long service life, as is required more and more nowadays — in measuring laboratories — in production — in testing laboratories — in workshops and many other areas. Typical uses: —Automatic assembly machines —Semiconductor industry —Keyboard tests —Robot controllers —Testing of shafts and planes —Measurement of differential displacement With its phenomenal resolution of 0.1 µm and the high response frequency of 20 MHz, the 9140 is a powerful display unit with a compact design. The comparator function integrated as standard allows for direct evaluation of measurements almost in real-time; these can be processed further by a higher-level controller. A rather more comprehensive acquisition method is also integrated into the system.

The UV LED chamber BSL-03 is the second largest irradiation chamber in the BSL series. The high irradiance combined with the exact dose control offers a unique reproducibility for perfect results! Due to the irradiance of up to 220 mW/cm², it is possible to use the most common UV curing adhesives or lacquers. For high irradiances, the UV LED chamber can be ordered completely with one LED wavelength. A particularly flexible application is possible when two separately controllable LED wavelengths are ordered. Compared with our irradiation chambers of the BS series, the BSL-03 offers an irradiance that is 22 times as high. The high irradiance allows for extremely short exposure times. With the high homogeneity of the irradiation, the samples can also be positioned as needed. Due to the typical characteristics for UV LEDs, such as “immediate start”, the dimmability and the high durability, the BSL-03 is ideally suited for medium-sized laboratory tests and curing of large components.

With the UV LED chamber BSL-02, we offer you a versatile irradiance chamber on a basis of high quality UV LEDs. The most common UV curing adhesives can be applied, due to the high irradiance of 400 mW/cm². Compared to our irradiance chambers of the series BS, the series BSL-02 offers the 40-fold irradiance. In addition, the high irradiance allows for very short exposure times. With the typical UV LED characteristics like „Instant-Start“, the dimmability and the long service life, the BSL-02 is ideal for laboratory tests and the manual production. The irradiance is adjustable from 2% to 100%. The integrated timer controls the irradiance precisely. For even better results, we recommend one of our calibrated UVA+ sensors. The dose control is already integrated in the UV-MAT Touch and UV-MAT control units in the BSL-02 UV LED chamber.
