Technical information The stripper-crimper AM 03 universal is an electropnaumatic driven machine for rapid and reliable processing of loose male and female contacts. The contacts are automatically fed by a feeding bowl. In the range of 0,14 up to 2,5mm2 (AWG 26-14) wires and contacts can be crimped. Standard is a 4/8-indent crimp corresponding to MIL 22520/1-01. The adjustment of the stripping and crimping-depth is motoric. Different values for 50 programs can be stored. Adjustment and programming is done with the touch display. The touch display shows all important data, functions and errors. The machine can also be converted for different conatcts by using specific tool kits. All tools are easily replacable. This Kit is an all-in-One kit that allows visualization of the endocytosis uptake of a target substance. The NH2-Reactive AcidSensor (fluorescence probe) included iin the kit has an intramolecular active ester group that fom a stable covalent bond when mixed with an amino acid group-containing target substance (protein). The AcidSensor label can be excited at 633nm, allowing for multiple staining with green or red fluorescence.

Optionally is it possible to adapt the machine for other crimpforms. The adjustment of the crimping-depth is motoric, 50 different programs can be stored. EP Ehrler Prüftechnik manufactures LFEs in the flow rate range from 0.012 to 4000 m³/h. In addition to the standard range, EP offers customer-specific LFEs that are perfectly designed for your application. Suitable inlet and outlet sections and the corresponding mounting kits are available for all sizes for installation in customer applications. The achievable measuring accuracy depends largely on the sensor technology used, in particular the differential pressure sensor. When using high-quality sensors, measuring accuracies of up to 0.5 % MW can be achieved with LFEs in the measuring range of 1:10. In order to cover a very wide measuring range without restrictions in measuring accuracy, LFEs with overlapping flow ranges can be combined in one measuring setup. Alternatively, LFEs with correspondingly lower measurement accuracy can also be calibrated for an extended measurement range up to a maximum of 1:100.
