easy drive® track timing belts can be made from the complete range of polyurethane and neoprene timing belts: in open lengths, endless welded, for form belts, endless Flex or wide timing belts, in almost any length and width. The directional guiding, with groove in tooth, is either already integrated in the timing belt during production or added later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. However, in addition, axial movement is prevented and the zero-play guiding leads to high directional stability. Depending on the pump housing, the diaphragm pumps operated by compressed air can be offered in metal or plastic. Air operated diaphragm pumps made of plastic The double diaphragm pumps made of plastic have a pump housing made of polyethylene or PTFE, each also in a conductive version as an ATEX pump for use in hazardous areas. The compressed air diaphragm pumps in solid construction made of polyethylene can be used for abrasive, viscous and shear sensitive media. Air operated diaphragm pumps made of metal The metal pumps have a pump housing made of aluminum, cast iron or stainless steel. All pumps are available with composite membranes made of PTFE, EPDM or NBR. The material of the valves and seals is coordinated according to the choice of membrane.

The profiled guide slide PFS is available in 5 series with sizes from 100 mm up to 425 mm width and strokes up to 2000 mm. Copper is a trace element required by the human body to perform essential functions. In our food, copper is mainly contained in chocolate, liver, cereal, vegetables and nuts. Copper deficiency is rare in humans but certain illnesses and taking high doses of zinc, iron or molybdenum can lead to lower copper levels in the body. Each tablet contains 2000 µg copper.

The GEMÜ 532 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance aluminium piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. ANDRITZ Kaiser provides complete circular and multi-form blank cutting lines, including feeder, press, stacker, and scrap conveyor. The production of blanks for further use in a deep drawing or embossing process imposes strict demands on the press and automation system.
