With flexCoder technology, the MSAC200 can be flexibly adapted to the customer's design and provides precise absolute values with high installation tolerances at the same time. It is basically possible to adapt the encoder and the magnetic ring for precise fitting, for example in motors. An additional feature is the high reading distance ≤0.6 mm and axial tolerance of ±0.2 mm to facilitate the design of the overall system and enable use in dynamic applications. The guide vanes control the inflow of water in turbines. These vanes run in sliding bearings. To give the bearings longer term protection from water infiltration, the inner sealing MANOY® system seal WP, type 428, was developed for standard specifications. Type 487 with integral scraper was designed for high specifications due to abrasive constituents in the water and/or long inspection intervals. The housing for this seal must be open. The profile dimensions of both versions can be customized to adapt to existing groove designs.

Franke FTB linear tables impress with their compact and robust design. The integrated aluminum roller guide is maintenance-free and protected from dirt by a metal cover. It is driven by a spindle. Franke FTB linear tables are suitable for precise processes in many measuring, testing and positioning applications. They are available in stroke lengths from 100 to 1500mm.

Franke bearing elements type LER are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They convince by smooth running, high dynamics and compact installation space. Due to the straight contact surfaces, they can be easily integrated into the surrounding design and have a high rigidity. The low price makes the bearing element of type LER an economical solution. LER are generally mounted without clearance. The preload can be individually adjusted according to the requirements.

While the conventional drives are dependent on an external controller unit, for the compact drives no additional controller is needed. The complete electrical parts, including the drive controller and encoder, are integrated on the motor board. Programming is done via standard PC using free software. The operation can be done without a PC, the created driving programs are stored in the compact drive and can be accessed via a separate input. The H2Smart™ is an integrated sampling system designed to measure hydrogen content with high accuracy in nitriding and nitrocarburizing atmospheres and to calculate the parameters necessary for process control. Its unique measuring cell design and advanced electronics eliminate the need for a reference gas cell, thus simplifying the installation and usage. Moreover, the measuring cell is maintained at a set temperature to protect the system from condensation and contamination during nitrocarburizing and post oxidation processes. An integrated sampling pump with variable output insures reliable flow through the measuring cell. The sampling flow is continuously measured via an integrated mass flow meter, and, if necessary, the flow is adjusted by changing the pump output. In this manner, the closed-loop flow control assures reliable H2 measurement and thus accurate nitriding and nitrocarburizing control.

The SGS™ Single-Gas Sensor is an integrated thermal conductivity sampling system designed to measure the concentration of a gas sample in binary or quasi-binary mixtures. Ideal for measuring hydrogen (hydrogen sensor) content or dissociation level with high accuracy in nitriding and nitrocarburizing atmospheres, the SGS™ is also capable of calculating KN and KC for controlled nitriding and nitrocarburizing.
