We are experts in deep-drawn parts made of stainless steel, deep-drawn parts made of aluminium and other non-ferrous metals (including brass, copper and nickel silver). To produce your perfect component, we also have the option of using carbon steel, special nickel alloys (e.g. Inconel®), but also soft magnetic materials. Each material has specific properties that need to be taken into account in the forming process. We manufacture deep-drawn parts with a diameter of 2 to 80 mm and a length of up to 120 mm. We process material thicknesses from 0.05 to 2.50 mm.Pharmaceutical and medical technology, industry, consumer and automotive: we are primarily active in these fast-growing sectors. We are not only specialists in deep drawing, but also know the industrial requirements and process chains. Depending on your requirements, we complement deep-drawing with numerous secondary finishing processes up to fully automated assembly systems.

The B80 KME series was developed as a wet-installed centrifugal immersion pump for stationary use in tanks and basins. It is characterised by a higher resistance to environmental influences. In addition to the classic galvanising process, the zinc-iron process provides a high degree of corrosion protection paired with an attractive surface design (black, silver), as well as uniform coating thickness distribution. This is a crucial advantage for workpieces with fit sizes. This process is suitable for both barrel and rack goods."

Heat-resistant wheels and castors are used in a variety of areas, from the food industry to medical engineering and other industrial applications. Requirements for these wheels and castors are equally diverse: in addition to withstanding high temperatures, they also need to meet hygiene requirements, resist corrosion and support heavy loads. Blickle has eight different wheel series in its standard range to cover these applications. These include series with specialised, highly heat resistant solid rubber and a pressed steel or synthetic rim. Wheel series made of nylon, phenolic resin and cast iron round out the range of heat-resistant wheel series. Temperature resistance ranges from -200°C up to +600°C, depending on the wheel series.
