IBC discharge valve with 90° hose nozzle and sealing cap. The hose can also be closed with the enclosed sealing cap. Hose nozzle external PA Ø 30 mm, suitable for flexible hoses. The IBC discharge valve is a sturdy, high-quality ball valve with a hose connection and connection adapter including seal, for standard thread S 60x6 external or 1" external, designed to fit all commonly used European IBC containers. With the appropriate thread, the discharge valve can also be screwed directly onto the original discharge valve that is already on the IBC tank if the original valve is leaking or faulty. In this way the IBC discharge valve ensures fast and reliable residual emptying of the container with good dosing. The discharge valve is an indispensable accessory to ensure a professional connection of the hose or for filling from your IBC container.

The cartridge valves are available in a nominal width of 10 to 15 mm. Depending on the pressure difference, drives with one, two, or three pistons are required. The tedious dismantling of the entire valve body from the pipeline using a large wrench is no longer necessary; only the three screws have to be loosened. Another advantage is the consistently small valve diameter, even at the highest system pressures. The drives have small diameters and are arranged in tandem, one behind the other. This means that these valves can be installed next to each other to save space, even in extremely confined spaces. A version with a hose seal is available for heavily soiled or sticky media.

Goodridge 236 fittings are reusable fittings designed for use with the 200 & 210 series hose ranges. The triple seal/double O-ring nitrile, cutter design ensures a secure leak free connection, easily assembled using basic hand tools. Our 1136 fittings use a single nipple design and are available in straight, 45° & 90° options for AN-04 only.

The Zwick 3103 IRHD micro compact hardness tester comprises of a standard unit with combined electronics and display. It is equipped with a support table that has an adjustable height for the samples. It also has an integral IRHD micro measurement tool in accordance to ISO 48. This tester are applicable for testing O-rings, seals, hoses, and mouldings. Furthermore, the Zwick 3103 is equipped with a 2-line LCD display that presents the measurement period, range, and value. It has a built-in testXpert® testing software that enables transmission of measured value using the RS232 interface.
