DVK-HD® high pressure pipe couplings are perfect for a quick and well-priced mounting for pressure conveyors. They have the following characteristics: for outer pipe diameter from 60.3 to 206.0 mm length: 100, 150, 200 mm or longer metal casing made of aluminium AlMgSi 0.5 F22 massive aluminium clamps (double secured) screws M12 with massive threaded bars pressure-resistant up to maximum of 12 bar (see table) vacuum-resistant up to maximum of 0.8 bar (see table) circular version, therefore very easy to mount white EPDM gasket or nitrile gasket, temperature-resistant and food-safe optionally available with silicone gasket (-60°C to +200°C) Mounting these pipe couplings is safe and hazard-free because no welding works are necessary. They also can easily be dismantled – connecting pieces and pipes can be reused.

The sensor model 8228 with its measuring accuracy of 0.05% F.S. (for the measuring ranges ≤ 1 bar, the measuring accuracy is 0.1% F.S.) ideally suited as a reference sensor. The compact dimensions, the robust housing and the industrial-grade output signal result in a very wide range of applications. All components in contact with media are made of stainless steel. An integrated measuring amplifier converts the measuring signals directly into interference-free voltage signals or current signals that can be transmitted over long distances. With the „gage“ measurement type, the pressure measurement is carried out against the ambient pressure, the sensor has a bore that is protected against ambient influences to compensate for the ambient pressure. With the „Absolute“ measurement type, the applied pressure is measured against an enclosed vacuum; this measurement type is available from the measuring range 0 ... 250 mbar. The electrical connection is made via an M12 x 1 connector.

The EMA 200 is a portable, battery-powered digital pressure gauge for precise measurement of positive and negative differential pressures. Because it is easy-to-use, the EMA 200 lends itself well to maintenance work and customer service applications for heating, air-conditioning and ventilation units, where it can be used for monitoring filters and measuring fireplace drafts as well as measuring flow rates and determining volumetric flows.
