The AMD Ultra-Fast Deployable Shelters provide an all-in-one shelter solution, where all equipment (air-conditioning, heating, groundsheet, sunscreen accessories, tools, lighting, generator set) is fitted on a single all-terrain trailer. This makes these shelters ideal for field maintenance operations in remote and hard to access areas. Thanks to their innovative hydraulic shaft system, AMD shelters are quick and easy to assemble with only two operators at ground level, and without the need for specific tools or engines. Their connectable groundsheet means the shelter is fully air- and watertight, while their integrated sunscreen helps limit air-conditioning power consumption.

The stable structure of Betonbau modular units enables factory equipping with plant and equipment. Factory installation is particularly economical, considerably reducing your co-ordination outlay for many minor tasks on the construction site. On-site commissioning time is considerably reduced as a result. The spectrum in this respect ranges from the basic 230V/400V installation for lighting, heating and socket circuits to the integration of emergency lighting and explosion protection. We can supply a standardised sub-distribution system with the delivery if requested, meaning you simply have to connect everything on site. Cable trays, electrical heating equipment, ventilators, air conditioning systems and sanitary equipment can be fitted in the manufacturer's facilities if required. Experienced engineers and master craftsmen plan and monitor the production and, together with our installation technicians, ensure that quality and safety standards are reliably realised.

PET strapping is particularly tear-resistant and elastic at the same time. Thus they reliably absorb shocks during transportation and, depending on width, can sustain loads of between 185 and 580 kg. Our PET strapping is available in widths of 9.5 to 15.5 millimeters with tight fabrication tolerances. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle, since it consists of 100 % recyclabled plastic bottles (bottle flakes). It has a high stability for optimal load security. Its constantly high quality ensures a high machine availability.
