The cell has a volume of 25 ml only to enable a fast gas exchange with minimum gas consumption. Its PTFE coating and ZnSe windows ensure a maximum corrosive protection. The MATRIX-MG01 is equipped with temperature and pressure sensors and their measurement values are automatically read out and considered within the control software OPUS GA.

The SGS™ Single-Gas Sensor is an integrated thermal conductivity sampling system designed to measure the concentration of a gas sample in binary or quasi-binary mixtures. Ideal for measuring hydrogen (hydrogen sensor) content or dissociation level with high accuracy in nitriding and nitrocarburizing atmospheres, the SGS™ is also capable of calculating KN and KC for controlled nitriding and nitrocarburizing.

The AccuCarb® LTA Sensor is specially designed oxygen probe for annealing atmospheres and temperatures. While the electrode designs of standard oxygen probes fall short due to the high impedance of the device at annealing temperatures, the unique electrode contact and solid electrolyte substrate of the AccuCarb® LTA takes care of this problem. The sensor is also gas-tight for hydrogen applications to ensure safe operation.

The GasPro gas detector can be equipped with sensors for up to five gases with ATEX approval. With the option of equipping the gas detector individually with various sensors, the GasPro gas detector is ideal for use in sewers, sewage treatment plants, landfills, ships, chemical and oil processing industries. An important unique novelty "positive safety" display. The GasPro signals the status at a glance via a three-color LED, green display = everything OK, yellow display = still OK, but a check is due soon, red display = not OK Particularly noteworthy is the loud alarm at 95 db and the optical signaling indicated by two LEDs that can be recognized from each side.
