The stretch film wrapper B2 is the ideal in-store solution for wrapping fresh food in best quality. The servo X 800 are the most flexible and powerful of film packaging machines in the horizontal large-format segment – and all this with maximum modularity. They can be configured individually and thus meet all requirements. Whether chain infeed or infeed conveyor, servo X 800 machines win over with their continuous packaging process and no stop-and-go, meaning dead time is not an issue when sealing. Besides high performance, this enables extremely tight-fitting and precise packaging with a saving in film of up to 15 %. This ensures that the film packaging‘s excellent appearance is unrivalled.

The intermittent Form Fill and Seal machines flexo 500/700 Push are pusher-machines that wrap difficult products with ease, such as glass bottles in bundles or salt and pepper shakers. They collect and group the products in order to subsequently push them into the film. In order to ensure that no products tilt over, our machines maintain physical contact with the articles to be packaged until they are safely in the bag. The transversal sealing unit is designed as an intermittent version and processes a wide range of films and product dimensions. The packaging style features a bottom overlap.

The high-performance and extremely flexible intermittent Form Fill and Seal machine flexo H is particularly suitable for film packaging of wood and similar long parts from 800 mm in length, such as parquet or laminate, mouldings, wood or laminated wood, furniture parts or doors. It takes just five minutes to deal with a pallet of laminate. Similarly, our flexible packaging machines are ideal for similar length products, including skis and snowboards, spirit levels, rolled goods, steel pipes, and many more items.

The name says it all. The flexo 500 film packaging machine scores with maximum versatility and flexibility. Frozen pizzas, biscuits, fruit and vegetables, books, skis, laminates or various household goods, etc., you are instantly equipped for any kind of application with this machine – daily changing orders, for example. The flexo 500 features a side-sealing unit. The transversal sealing unit is designed as an intermittent version and processes a wide range of films, dimensions and products.

SIMPLY SAFE TRANSPORT – PELASPAN® AND Styrofill® Storopack’s PELASPAN® and Styrofill® Loose Fill offers safe, simple, and flexible protection for your goods, regardless of how big or heavy they are. That’s because the pourable packing material is made from expanded polystyrene (EPS, also styrofoam), which fills all the void and reliably protects products – even when exposed to heavy strain. FAST AND PRECISE – FOAMplus® HAND PACKER FOAMplus® Hand Packer is the ideal solution for special challenges, including those posed by bulky and heavy packaged goods as well as products with complex contours. The handy foam gun allows you to accurately fill the carton with foam packaging in mere seconds – for customized blocking and bracing and the perfect transport of packaged goods. Foam pre-molded cushions can also be conveniently formed in advance with FOAMplus® Hand Packer. The microprocessor-controlled foam packaging system is extremely efficient, requires minimal maintenance thanks to the self-cleaning mixing chamber, and ensures seamless, cost-effective foam production in consistently high quality.

VERSATILE AND COMPACT – PAPERplus® PAPILLON Thanks to its special, patented shape, the paper cushioning of the PAPERplus® Papillon system offers optimal protection for small and medium-sized shipping goods. It’s suitable for filling voids and wrapping products, boasts large volume at a low weight, and is especially soft and flexible. Available in a variety of models, the PAPERplus® Papillon machine is simple to adapt to the specific needs of our customers. Three operating modes also simplify on-demand production of paper cushioning directly at the packing station, while the system itself features a compact, space-saving design. When connected with a conveying system and a silo, a single PAPERplus® Papillon can supply multiple packing stations with cushioning at the same time. The special kraft paper used by the PAPERplus® Papillon to create paper cushioning is available in brown and white.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND EFFICIENT – PAPERplus® CHEVRON PAPERplus® Chevron delivers maximum fill with less material. The unique paper cushion system produces crinkled paper tubes that are large in volume and offer exceptional shock absorption. Very little paper is required to fill void in the package, and will block and brace light to medium-weight shipping goods in the carton. The high-quality paper cushioning is flexible, malleable and, thanks to perforation, very easy to separate manually. PAPERplus® Chevron is available in a variety of versions, including free-standing and multiple tabletop models, and can be easily integrated into existing packing processes. USER-FRIENDLY AND FAST – PAPERplus® SHOOTER The PAPERplus® Shooter transforms single-layer kraft paper into multi-layer paper cushioning at maximum speeds, which you can use to fill cartons and block and brace products. The PAPERplus® Shooter can produce up to 3.7 meters of paper cushioning in a single second. The system is available as a free-standing or tabletop model, both of which are exceptionally easy to use: they’re compact in size with an adjustable height and boast a rotating head and an automatic cutting device. The speed can be infinitely adjusted as required. Our customers can also integrate the PAPERplus® Shooter into existing packing processes with the greatest of ease, and produce paper cushioning directly at the packing station.

POWERFUL AND INDIVIDUAL – FOAMplus® BAG PACKER² The FOAMplus® Bag Packer² system produces foam packaging bags at the touch of a button, which adapt specifically to the contours of the packaged goods. Thanks to the proven foam-in-bag system, film bags can be filled with foam automatically through regular batch production or individually, directly at the packing station. When a bag is produced the expanding polyurethane foam pad will quickly mould itself around any product shape in seconds, and affords the highest degree of protection against shock, vibration and compaction. STURDY AND TEAR-RESISTANT – PAPERplus® CLASSIC The PAPERplus® Classic paper cushioning system is the ideal protective packaging solution for heavy weight products. With paper pads, two ply paper, even heavy products can be securely blocked and braced in cartons and cushioned all around. At the press of a button, PAPERplus® Classic produces robust, tear-resistant, but also flexible and highly malleable paper cushioning. SAFE AND SUSTAINABLE – PELASPAN® BIO Developed by Storopack, PELASPAN® BIO is an exceptionally eco-friendly, pourable loose fill padding material. Our PELASPAN® BIO is certified in accordance with the DIN EN 13432 composting standard. The packaging chips are made entirely from cornstarch and can be disposed of with the normal household trash.
