Spray nozzle SD 25: compact dimensions for universal deployment The pneumatically control SD 25 is a medium-size nozzle made entirely from stainless steel. Distinguished by an extremely attractive price-performance ratio it is particularly suitable for a wide range of tasks. It is possible to apply the media with a flat or round spray. The nozzle is available as a flange version with switching valve.

The GEMÜ 728 2/2-way metal ball valve is motorized. It has a plastic actuator housing. A manual override and an optical position indicator are integrated as standard. The seat is made of PTFE. — High flow rates — Full-flow bore

The modular GEMÜ 553 distribution valve comprises various globe valve modules. These can be equipped with manual or pneumatic operators. The downstream media is isolated using a PTFE seal. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing. This provides a low-maintenance and reliable valve spindle seal even after an extended period of operation. The wiper ring that is installed upstream of the gland packing also protects this against contamination and damage. The individual modules can be easily connected using screws. The seal on the connection flange and between the individual valve bodies has an FPM O-ring. Our radiator valves DIN 42560 type A and type A OR are designed to be welded onto the transformer wall or on connection pipes. The radiator will be flanged on the four M16 holes (PCD=160 mm). The housing of the radiator valve is made of forged steel S355J2G3 and thus not subject to any leakage as it may occur with casted housing. Due to the metal sealed clap a low leakage is permitted while the soft-sealed radiator valve is absolutely oil- and vacuum-tight. Both types are absolutely tight in operation condition to the outside. Our welding neck radiator valves DIN 42560 type A NW 80 fulfil the tightness requirements and operating conditions in accordance with DIN 42560 as well as EN 50216-8.
