The VA-L series aluminium saws define a whole new performance class with their design. Servo-driven axes and a harmonic drive gear guarantee high-performance and process-reliable operation from aluminium alloys to copper and brass alloys. Due to the technical features and the associated sawing performance, the sawing results meet requirements regarding the surface of Rz < 8 µm and cutting tolerances < 0.1 mm. In many cases, further processing of the surface is therefore no longer necessary. All components of the aluminum circular saws and their processes are designed with this in mind. On the one hand, this includes material processing in terms of chip flow and minimum rest piece length, but also machine components of the latest generation. The VA-L aluminium saws are equipped as standard with pneumatic short-stroke cylinders for material clamping and do not use any hydraulics.

Hose cover against radiant heat maximum 450 ° C. Outside with aluminum foil and inside with glass silk or Kevlar fabric. Closed or with Velcro for quick installation and removal.

Protective hose, flame retardant and insulating against heat and flying sparks for cables

Protection against heat and flames up to approx. 1100 ° C for approx. 15 minutes and can withstand ambient temperatures of 73 ° C 260 ° C without limit. Inner life made of calcium silicate yarns, textured and twisted, good insulation properties.

The integrated chambers provide excellent anti-slippage for the substrate, high water storage capacity and an integrated water distribution system. Thermostatic valves - i.e. the temperature controls on the heating system - are found in just about every home. In the head of a thermostatic valve there is a metal bellows, a corrugated tube that expands according to the room air temperature. For these metal bellows, the manufacturer needed deep-drawn, very long and thin-walled sleeves. The challenge: the sleeves must be matched to the customer's downstream process under very tight tolerance specifications. Why? Because the sleeves cannot be further processed if the geometries vary. Absolute precision is therefore required. We can offer absolute precision. The customer commissioned us with the production of the sleeves. On the one hand, because we fulfil the special deep-drawing requirements. On the other hand, because we can offer an associated, targeted heat treatment for material stress relief in-house.

The robust metal detector can be variably used in dry and wet environments. It ensures best test results for packaged or unpackaged piece goods. VARICONcompact safely checks for any contaminants enclosed in the product such as steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal, e.g. aluminum. The compact metal detection system works with highest detection sensitivity. Ideally suitable for a save test performance. With its robust stainless steel conveyor belt construction the VARICONcompact inspects piece goods of up to 20 kg. A very short metal-free zone (MZ) ensures interference-resistant, reliable inline metal detection.

Metal detection coil INTUITY reliably detects enclosed contaminants in your product or bulk goods. INTUITY can be flexibly used in dry or wet areas and achieves best results with its multi-simultaneous frequency technology: It simultaneously checks with at least two frequencies if your packaged or unpackaged product contains steel, stainless steel, iron or non-ferrous metal. The metal detection coil helps you to enhance the quality of your products and to minimize the risk of possible recalls. INTUITY reliably checks if your packaged or unpackaged products or bulk goods include metal foreign objects. It is impressive in terms of its high accuracy: With its multi-simultaneous technology it checks at the same time with at least two frequencies within a range between 30 and 900 kHz

A further variation of the "Throw-Away" system is type 230. It consists of continuously wound DBS-spiral brushes fitted to a thin walled steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metal tubular shaft. The face width corresponds to the required total brush legth (BLG). The complete "Throw-Away" brushes can be simply assembled onto the customer's existing shaft. This method avoids the costly return of the complete shafts when the brushes have to be replaced. Core systems The complete "Throw-away" brushes type 230 can be supplied with adaptors to reduce the core inside diameter (KD) i. e. brushes with or without collar with suitable arbor holes (AL) for the different core systems WK1 and WK2. Our roller brushes are supplied with a fill surface perfectly trimmed and/or ground for concentricity. The brushes with adaptor or bushes are electro-dynamically balanced at the intended rotation speed according to standard G 2.5 as per ISO 1940

Quick and reliable detection of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals in packaged and unpackaged piece goods. The compact metal detection system offers you safe performance and highest detection sensitivity. With its robust stainless steel conveyor belt construction the VARICON+ inspects piece goods of up to 50 kg. A very short metal-free zone (MZ) ensures interference-resistant, reliable inline metal detection. To suit the area of installation the system is available with a modular belt (wet area) or a flat belt (dry area). The conveyor belts are available with variable belt widths. The motor controller is fitted either with a conveyor stop in case of metal detection or an application-specific rejection system. For easy and thorough cleaning the VARICON+ series has a hygienic design. Quality which is reflected in BRC, IFS and HACCP certifications. The VARICON+ comes with IP65 protection. Higher IP ratings are optionally available.

The GEMÜ 530 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. The automatic plate saw VPS60-160A is BEHRINGER's solution when it comes to fully automatic cross-cutting of large plates and blocks. The vertical arrangement of the saw band has clear advantages over the horizontal design, as the engagement length of the saw band is significantly shorter. Nozzle holders including sensor connections are available for all nozzle sizes for installation in customer applications. The segmented clamping bushing SE with the hexagon socket sits on the clamping pyramid, absolutely form-fitted in every clamping position and thereby enables maximum machining performance with minimal vibration and thus less tool wear. The full-surface contact of the segmented clamping bushing on the mandrel ensures a significantly better insensitivity to contamination than previous segmented clamping bushing/mandrel systems.
