The VA-L series aluminium saws define a whole new performance class with their design. Servo-driven axes and a harmonic drive gear guarantee high-performance and process-reliable operation from aluminium alloys to copper and brass alloys. Due to the technical features and the associated sawing performance, the sawing results meet requirements regarding the surface of Rz < 8 µm and cutting tolerances < 0.1 mm. In many cases, further processing of the surface is therefore no longer necessary. All components of the aluminum circular saws and their processes are designed with this in mind. On the one hand, this includes material processing in terms of chip flow and minimum rest piece length, but also machine components of the latest generation. The VA-L aluminium saws are equipped as standard with pneumatic short-stroke cylinders for material clamping and do not use any hydraulics.

Optigrun Pitched Roof Board FKD 58SD is used for pitched roofs with a pitch in between 15° and 35°. Made from expanded polystyrene. With precisely fitting Z-fold on top and bottom edge and lateral indentations for safe shear stress transfer in direction of the water flow; no possibility of substrate reaching the protective layer thanks to tight fit of horizontal and lateral edges. The integrated chambers provide excellent anti-slippage for the substrate, high water storage capacity and an integrated water distribution system. Thermostatic valves - i.e. the temperature controls on the heating system - are found in just about every home. For these metal bellows, the manufacturer needed deep-drawn, very long and thin-walled sleeves. The challenge: the sleeves must be matched to the customer's downstream process under very tight tolerance specifications. Why? Because the sleeves cannot be further processed if the geometries vary. Absolute precision is therefore required. We can offer absolute precision. The customer commissioned us with the production of the sleeves. On the one hand, because we fulfil the special deep-drawing requirements. On the other hand, because we can offer an associated, targeted heat treatment for material stress relief in-house.

In addition to our standard range, we also manufacture customer-specific nozzles that are perfectly designed for your application in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9300*. Nozzle holders including sensor connections are available for all nozzle sizes for installation in customer applications. Different nozzles can be combined to set different flow rates, allowing a high number of different flow rates to be generated quickly. With 8 critical nozzles, for example, 2^8 = 256 different flow rates can be generated. A binary staggering of the nozzles ensures an even coverage of the volume flow rate range.
