The LOGO.S formwork system with a concrete pressure capacity of up to 100 kN/m² is fully compatible with all system components in the LOGO series which means it can be used universally around the world. This product has been designed specifically for the French housing and industrial construction sector as there is particular demand for steel facing. Moreover, strict requirements in terms of occupational safety are in place and adherence to these is checked by means of regular controls. In order to satisfy these specifications, the LOGO.S has an integrated working platform “Multip”.

Flat contact face design reduces spill upon disconnection by less than half compared with that of conventional design. Flat contact face design makes it easy to clean dust and foreign matters adhered on the surface of coupling so as to prevent them from entering inside and thus causing faulty operation of connection or disconnection. Flat contact face design minimizes air admixture during connection to keep the possible malfunction of equipment caused by the air bubbles in the hydraulic line at minimum level. Pushtoconnect operation. Sleeve stopper mechanism is engaged by rotating sleeve after connection. It prevents accidental disconnection even when vibration or impact is applied to the Cupla. The special design reduces pressure loss considerably, and especially suited to hydraulic applications in which big flow is needed. Both socket and plug have builtin automatic shutoff valves that prevent fluid spill out on disconnection.

1.5 ~ 2 Times Higher Flow. High flow type with "airless valve shutoff" design. Compared with Nitto’s conventional 35MPa Cuplas, the flow volume is increased 1.5 to 2 times. *Increase ratio of each flow volume depends on the Cupla size. "Airless valve shutoff" design minimizes spillage volume on disconnection and admixture volume of air on connection. Best suited for hydraulic lines with drastic high pressure pulsation such as in diecasting machines. Pushtoconnect operation and sleeve stopper design preventing accidental disconnection under vibration or impacts enhances workability and safety. Sizes are Rc 3/8, Rc 1/2, Rc 3/4, and Rc 1. *Only the same size of socket and plug can be connected.

No re-clamping It is useful, when you can machine a workpiece over its entire length. It is even more practical, if in addition the re-clamping can be omitted. Firstly, this increases concentric precision, secondly, geometric tolerances are »stabilized«, and thirdly, our face driver adaption is also assembled 1-2-3. Simply insert it in the clamping device, tighten the three screws, and that’s it! Our CENTREX interface ensures perfect concentricity.
