The GEMÜ F40 2/2-way filling valve is designed for filling processes in aseptic and hygienic areas of application. Flow rates up to 6,600 l/h are possible depending on the version. The sealing concept of the valve is based on the GEMÜ PD design, whereby the actuator is hermetically separated from the medium. All actuator parts (except seals) are made from stainless steel. The filling valve is available in pneumatic design F40 (and electrical design F60). MPW Modular with air-cooled eddy-current brake, particularly for testing smaller electric motors smaller slowly running 1-cylinder engines drive units of e.g. two-wheelers. Essentially, three different types of construction may be distinguished: 1. MPW Modular for combustion engines and electric motors (primarily 1-cylinder combustion engines) 2. MPW Modular for foot-mounted electric motors 3. MPW F for flange-mounted electric motors Special designs, e.g. for foot- as well as flange-mounted electric motors may be offered on request. MPW engine test beds are available in four sizes with different load-carrying capacities (0,5 ... 40 kW).

Air insulated switching module incorporates a Tavrida Electric vacuum circuit breaker with a per phase actuator, housed in a corrosion resistant tank. Six main circuit bushings, made from UVstable polymer, are covered with silicone rubber bushing boots. Each bushing has builtin current and voltage sensors for protection, measurement and indication purposes. The outdoor switching module is equipped with six, high voltage bushings with embedded current and voltage sensors. Current sensing is performed by Rogowski coil sensors. Capacitive sensors are used for voltage measurement in all six bushings. Tavrida Electric manufactures small vacuum interrupters with extremely long mechanical and electrical lifespans. A specially designed axial magnetic field distribution provides even current density over the contact surface and significantly improves the vacuum's interrupting performance.

Vacuum interrupter contacts have unique design, based on the mixture of copper and chromium metals and various dopants, to ensure long electrical life of contacts, low contacts resistance and chopping current. The patented, supercompact actuator design allows the circuit breaker to be installed directly underneath each pole. The design is optimal in terms of reliability, dimensions, weight and ease of installation. A spring charged by the magnetic actuator during the closing of the circuit breaker ensures main contacts pressure is maintained. The spring is integrated in the actuator and does not require any maintenance during the circuit breaker's lifetime.

A chamfer width of up to 8 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 6mm in steel. In addition to this, a radius processing of 1.2mm to 6mm is feasible. The stunning and patented 8 or 16 cutting turning plate system guarantees long service life, best surface qualities and efficient working. The electrical design of the SMA 30 is equipped with a speed control and should be preferably used for stainless steel processing. The cutter heads are available for chamfer angles 30°, 45° and 60°. The processing of drill holes is already possible starting at a diameter of >28mm. For tight contours, long holes and bores, a single-cutting cutter head with a fitting guide roller is available, Ø10mm to Ø20mm depending on application.
