PSD 43 direct drive is a mechatronic system with integrated control, bus interface and absolute measurement system without battery. This drive is ideal for automatic format changeover. The stepper motor with integrated control and bus communication permits higher velocities at lower torques. The PSD can be easily addressed by rotary switches (not for IO-Link). The instruments can be mounted on a spindle using the hollow shaft without the need for an additional coupling. The optional rotatable attachment housing allows you to attach the direct drives to the machine in any position, no angle plugs are required.

nduction Heating and Joining in one turnkey system. This turnkey system is used to heat electric motor housings with various dimensions for a wide range of joining processes. Example Heating System 1: the die-cast aluminium housing for an asynchronous motor (diameter 450 mm) is heated to approx. 290°C in approx. 5 minutes to fit the wound stator package. The parts are loaded and unloaded from the feeding belt parallel to the working time. The heating process takes place in two independent work stations. The generator has a switched output which means that only one generator is required for the two heating stations. The system is controlled using a SIEMENS PLC controller. Example Heating System 2: the aluminium housing (diameter 140 mm) of a synchronous motor is heated to approx. 280°C in approx. 3 minutes to fit the stator. The component is loaded into and unloaded from the heating station semiautomatically. The system is controlled using a PLC.

Goodridge Lock wire is an Aircraft grade 321 stainless steel lock wire made to military specifications is perfect for positioning hoses or mounting hardware. Lock wire or safety wire is a type of positive locking device that prevents fasteners from loosening due to vibration as well as other forces. The presence of safety wiring also serves as an indicator that the fasteners have been properly tightened. Lock wire is available in a variety of gauges and materials, depending on the application. In racing applications, stainless steel wire is used, most commonly in 0.032" in (0.81mm) diameter. Typically, the wire is threaded through a hole drilled into a fastener or part, then twisted and anchored onto a second fastener or part, then twisted again

An insulative fibreglass sleeving with a silicone coating designed to protect components in high temperature areas where the heavier fireproof sleeving is not required. It provides superior insulation to components that must maintain stable temperatures to assure performance efficiency.
