The handy drill grinders are ideal for grinding HSS- and VHM spiral drills. HSS drills are ground with CBN grinding discs and VHM drills with diamond grinding discs. Through the adjustable point angle from 90-140° and the adjustable point thinning equipment, these models can be used universally for different drill types. Easy handling and their efficiency make this machine a real winner in the field of drill grinding. Approx. 0.3mm is removed during each grinding process. The double-bearing grinding equipment guarantees a precise finish. The EDG 213 covers a drill diameter range from 2-13mm and the EDG 1226 from 12-26mm. Make any centric or eccentric form desired 4, 6, or 8 edged, polygonal or free form with the EWS Multiform on the CNC turning/milling machines Free forms that used to be impossible can now be made with EWS Multiform on turning/milling or machining centres. For a six-edge outside the centre or a four-edge in the centre, additional processing steps such as reaming or eroding were necessary up until now. If a position change was also needed, complicated devices were needed for processing. This is now all possible with one chuck. What is behind this? EWS Multiform uses a custom internal cam disc unit to produce the required form. For conventional geometry like squares or hexagons, there are standard cam discs available. The cam forces the cutting tool to follow a path in order to get the desired geometric shape. Of course you can’t defy the laws of physics which means that there will be a small radius on the edges.

The straightening machine RM-1000 was developed for straightening deep-hole drills, as 4- and 6-axis version. The radial run-out of a drill is straightened using the 4-axis version. The 6-axis machine additionally corrects the camber of the shank and the head run-out of the soldered carbide drill bits. The maximum length of the drills is 1,000mm, the accuracy of the straightening process is 0.08 mm (depending on the work piece). An exportable straightening protocol is created for each straightening process. A robot cell is available as an option. Using this robot cell, the insertion and removal of the drills is performed. The robot cell is mobile and can be disconnected at any time in order to allow manual straightening processes.

The all-layer drill is a special zone collector specifically designed for heavily compacted substances. Often it is very difficult or impossible with conventional zone collectors to penetrate media of this type and take a sample extending through all layers. By contrast, the drilling blades of the all-layer drill burrow easily and quickly to the required depth without expending any great force. This makes it easy to take samples of media, even those with high density, and every type of highly compacted powders and granulates. The all-layer drill thus allows you to take a representative sample through all the layers, even with greatly compressed media.It is ideal for larger containers, mixed containers, big bags, etc. in the building materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and luxury items industries.

The sample drill for stalk material is a sampler especially for hay, silage, straw, herbs, bushes or other stalky plant dry material where other drills quickly get tangled. The special geometry of the drill tip cuts effectively and quickly into different stalky materials. The hay and silage sample drill takes samples quickly, cleanly and easily from a silo or bale. Sampling with mechanical assistance from a drill or powerful cordless screwdriver allows the sample to be taken effortlessly with little manual effort. The sample drill can be used flexibly both horizontally (sampling from the side) and vertically (sampling from above). The robust and durable tube drill is completely made of stainless steel 1.4404/1.4034 (316L/420) or aluminium/stainless steel 1.4034 (420). The practical ejector helps to empty the sample from the sample drill.

The straight drilling deburrers come in three different sizes for different holes. The push start makes handling easier and you can also regulate the speed.

Our top device when it comes to deburring in difficult-to-reach places, such as holes in cross holes. The height (excluding countersink) of the very low-wear drive head is just 15 mm and can, therefore, also reach very narrow places. The extremely quiet and light drive can be set from 0 to 900 RPM and has very low air consumption: 150 l/min.
