The mini cylinders of the CH series are cylinders with extremely reduced dimensions. For space-saving screwing, also with O-ring seals, in shaped holes or for panel mounting.

O-Rings are the most widely used seals because they are efficient and economical and can be used in a wide variety of static and dynamic applications. O-Rings can be used to seal practically all liquid and gaseous media and they are available in elastomeric and other materials including EPDM, FKM and NBR, among others.

The double acting Turcon® Glyd Ring® is a combination of a Turcon® based slipper seal and an energising O-Ring. It is produced with an interference fit which together with the squeeze of the O-Ring ensures a good sealing effect even at low pressure. At higher system pressures, the O-Ring is energised by the fluid, pushing the Turcon® Glyd Ring® against the sealing face with increased force.

Double Delta® combines the flexibility and response of O-Rings with the wear and friction characteristics of the Turcon® materials in. The double acting performance of the seal follows from the symmetrical cross section which allow the seal to respond to pressure in both directions. Initial contact pressure is provided by radial compression of the O-Ring. When the system pressure is increased the O-Ring transforms this into additional contact pressure, the contact pressure of the seal is thereby automatically adjusted so sealing is ensured under all service conditions.

The Turcon® Excluder® 2 is a double-acting O-Ring energized scraper that has two functions: a) to scrape contaminants from the retracting piston rod to prevent soiling of the system and b) to hold back the residual oil film on the extending piston rod on the medium side. The O-Ring maintains the pressure while the Excluder® 2 performs the scraper function. Excellent sliding properties and stick-slip free.
