NIR LED– Technology, Continuous InLine density measurement Description The HK8 Series are NIR (Near Infrared) LED InLine measurement devices with state–of–the–art technology. The devices are used on conveyor belt, in pipelines (connection via flowthrough measuring cell or flange) and in tanks / vessel. Through the modular construction (Sensor and evaluation unit are separate), the sensor can be installed at a difficult accessible places and the evaluation unit can be installed at a well accessible place. This ensure the easy handling. The modular construction makes the operation of the HK8– Series very easy.

Cylinder series with dimensions based on ISO 15552 with an integrated position measuring system based on magnetostriction. The position sensor allows a high degree of accuracy in measuring the cylinder position. Analogue output signal 0-10 V via M 12 connector.

NIR– Laboratory measurement device, for liquids of different consistencies Description The HK12 is an NIR (Near Infrared) laboratory measurement device with state of the art technology. Which can measure all organic components in liquids of different consistencies. With only one measurement you can measure simultaneously all valuable components like fat, protein, lactose, water, etc. Through the simple sample preparation, the light and compact construction of the HK12, it is ideally suitable for laboratory operation. With the easy to use calibration function, our customer can take spectra's at the device and read the internal stored spectra with the calibration software. Due to this function, our customers can expand independent or with our help an existing calibrations or create new calibrations.

Microwave spectrometer, Continuous In Line measurement of density and dry matter Description The microwave measurement generate an electromagnetic wave of low energy. This signal is coupled via an antenna into the product (Paper, Tobacco, Sand, etc.). Depending on the dielectric properties of the product the signal propagates in the product. After the signal has passed the product a second antenna receives the signal (Transmission). Amplitude and phase shift of the received signal are an expression for the water content or dry matter of the product. The microwave measurement is very stable and it has a quick response to product changes.

Spectrophotometer, For continues In– Line colour measurement Description Colour measurement based on the standard CIELAB. Continuous onlineidentification of colours and indication of the deviation from the colourstandard. Colour determination of products with smooth and planar surfaces, no abrasive bulk material. Through the modular construction (Sensor and evaluation unit are separate), the sensor can be installed at a difficult accessible places. This ensure the easy handling. With the easy to use calibration function (calibration button), our customer can take spectra's for the calibration with the calibration button at the measurement place and read the internal stored spectra's with the calibration software. Due to this function and the open calibration system our customers can expand independent an existing calibrations or create new calibrations.
