Eccentric screw pump tube HD-E Industryfor oils, paints and disposal liquids is available in the food version (Pure) The HD-E Eccentric screw pump in the industrial version transfers the advantages of the Drum pump low-viscosity media quite simply to the medium-viscosity range. The positive displacement pump has an easily detachable outer tube, a bearing head with mechanical seal and a free-running shaft with an eccentric screw as the pumping element - all easy to dismantle and clean. The Pump tube can be suitably combined with our single-phase motor. With the Drum pump F/FP 425 there is less than 0.05 l residual amount left in a 200 l drum, so maximum 0.02 %. The pump has an integrated backflow valve that is easy to close before taking the pump out of the container. Thus the backflow of the medium in the pump is prevented. This makes optimum use of especially expensive media possible and saves additional cleaning and disposal costs when handling problematic media. The pump is available in stainless steel, polypropylene and hastelloy C. In stainless steel and hastelloy C the pump F/FP 425 can also be used in hazardous areas. SEPARO A solder recycler for the electronic industry The solder recycler SEPARO is designed to capture and process dross for reuse. Dross, a side effect of the solder process requires special handling that is very costly. This unit not only provides considerable savings but has the added benefit of being right in your own manufacturing environment. SEPARO is primarily used in the electronic industry but has proved, by eliminating the outsourcing, to be very useful in other parts of the tin processing industry and the consequent disposal of alloy waste SEPARO activates the specific weight of the materials that are to be separated. After a filtering process the reusable alloy settles in the lower section of the pot while the dross floats on the surface.

Scalable system, consisting of paint stripping, rinsing, conveyance of the workpieces, and (optional) vacuuming. Multitank systems can be manufactured on the basis of the TB400 or the TB1000. The basic unit is a system consisting of 1 paint stripping tank, 1 rinsing tank, drip station, semi-automatic conveyance system, and vacuum (optional). On this basis, we can design systems with various different paint stripping tanks (e.g., for different kinds of paint stripping agents), with one or several rinsing tanks, and (optionally) vacuuming for connection to the customer's waste gas disposal system.
