Spare Dial Gauges are available for all Digital Thickness Gauges. They will be supplied without contact point and without lifting device. For Digital Thickness Gauges the data cables illustrated below are available. This Stand converts the Dial Thickness Gauges e.g. K50, K100, J50, J100 and F1101/30 as well as the respective digital models, designed for hand-held use, to table models. Retrofitting this Stand to models already in use is possible.

The large display has a good visual perception for easy reading of the measuring result. The use of aluminium for the body of the instruments makes them light and easy to handle. The Digital Thickness Gauges are switchable from metric reading to inch reading.

The digital display with its large numerals makes it very simple to use this Dial Gauge. Function and display section can be rotated through 270°. The sturdy construction guarantees precision and reliability. The final quality control for the whole series includes visual inspection and full mechanical functional tests. Supplied with Declaration of Conformity and Confirmation of Traceability. Materials and components selected specifically to ensure a long working life.

The advantages of having a correctly set saw for all sawing work are well known. By using a Saw Setting Dial Gauge any specified set for various kinds of timber can be exactly maintained, thus ensuring maximum output and efficient workmanship. The method of measuring could not be simpler. The gauge is laid on the saw blade so that the sprung tracer touches the cutting edges of the saw. The pointer gives instant reading of the measurement. As the Gauge has a dial on both sides, it can be used either left or right handed.

The base is dull chromed, hardened and lapped. The metal collet attachment guarantees reliable fixing of the dial gauge. An additional internal hexagon screw makes exchanging the dial gauge easier. Each of our mechanical dial depth gauges is equipped with the 10 mm long special contact point 573/21.

The Magnetic Holders, Stands and Measuring Tables are compatible to all Dial Gauges, Comparator Gauges and Dial Test Indicators with dia. 8 mm stem. Please note that all the Stands, Measuring Tables and Magnetic Stands will be delivered without Dial Gauge.

Bases are available with the following dimensions: Base TB 50 50 x 16 mm Base TB 80 80 x 16 mm Base TB 100 100 x 16 mm Base TB 120 120 x 20 mm Base TB 150 150 x 20 mm All bases have a bore Ø of 8 mm H7. They are mutually interchangeable. The bases are matt chromed and hardened. Burnished bases are available on request. The measuring surfaces faces are lapped. The metal collet attachment guarantees reliable fixing of the Dial Gauges.

Quality engineering With the most modern measuring equipment, release parts are checked and the measurements accompanying the production are carried out. Tactile measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers and dial gauges, measuring projectors and digital measuring technology are also used. All measuring equipment is subject to the annual measuring equipment monitoring - standard for us as a 9001-certified company. Our equipment is also available for you in case of contract measurement.
