The V shape of the shaft support is the result of purposeful internal development work at Föhrenbach. The most important advantage comes from having the greatest possible distance between the shafts and above all in the lay-out of the four ball-bearing housings whose loadbearing rows of balls are located underneath the shaft. The unitized, modular type like design realized with these devices enables to cover a wide range of application specific solutions. Manufactured in standard widths from 75 to 425 mm and in lenghts of up to 4000 mm, the products are designed to provide solutions that allow to cover almost all handling and mounting tasks that need to be met. An experience of long standing assures for competent solutions.

By mounting an axial fan, the effectiveness of the new Kühligel® can be increased considerably. Fanless solutions require a lot of space. They are heavy and expensive. For cooling with active coolers by SEPA EUROPE however, the new Kühligels are not only small and light but also extremely inexpensive. Thanks to intensive development work, SEPA EUROPE was able to construct a heat sink that enables fan mounting without extensive reworking using conventional screws. The choice of the suitable fan (size, sleeve or ball bearings, 5, 12, or 24 VDC, tacho, connector) enables the best possible combination that is required for the application in question. The fans used have a MTBF of up to 350000h (40°C) and thus meet the highest requirements. Thanks to its light weight, the Kühligel® can usually be mounted using double-sided adhesive heat conduction pads (TCTxx) or thermally conductive two-component adhesive (Hernon 746) which are both available from the SEPA EUROPE product range.

For this reason, EP-E has consistently developed into a software house specializing in measurement technology over the last few years. More than half of our development department is now working exclusively in this field. We are therefore one of the few companies in Germany that can supply you with test and inspection systems where hardware and software are perfectly matched. But our team is also happy to develop suitable solutions for test stands from other manufacturers.

They take into account the fulfillment of the product requirements, as well as the perfect matching of the product to its subsequent manufacturing process.
